EMG / KRYTAC 200rd/50rd Selectable Capacity Magazine for P90 Series Airsoft AEG (Type: Single Magazine)

These are the best P90 mags on the market, hands down. They work fine with the FN Herstal generic P90 softair/cybergun (https://www.evike.com/products/59707/)

The King Arms mags (https://www.evike.com/products/38953/) work well for 0.20g bb and a rate of fire less than 15 rounds per second. However, these EMG/Krytac mags will easily feed 20+ rounds per second on heavy weights like 0.32. The EMG ones are more than twice the price of king arms, but the strong spring tension as well as the BB follower ensures every last round feeds perfectly. I can’t get more than 150 rounds in the EMG/Krytac mags using an Odin as it becomes too hard to wind. Still, 150 rounds is plenty. Make sure to oil the mags and load/unload a few times to reduce friction on the spring for better feeding. The first time I used the EMG/Krytac mag, every 30 shots a BB would skip at 20+ RPS. Once broken in there was no longer any feeding issue.

The King Arms mags have really weak spring tension and can't push heavier than a 0.20 reliably. If you only plan on using a 7.4v LiPo/8.4vNiMh and 0.20 then you should probably get the King Arms.

"I have been using these mags since September 2021, and the Krytac P90 was the first and only replica that type I have used, and in this last year they have been working really well, not gonna lie, they're difficult to load the last 30 bb's or so, and if you push too hard on the speed loader it can happend that they skip the black follower and get stuck, it happened to me once, but after alot of use and the spring is no longer stiff they feed flawlessly and I have never had issues with the cut-off mechanism, all the times I run out of bb's the replica stop shooting, so give it some time of use and you will see this are great mags!

"I purchased the three pack to work with my 50 rps build and they work very well. It did take about 4 reloads to break them in to get 200 rounds in them.

"Great magazine and I personally got 3 mags. Great for outdoor play and perfect feeding, never had an issue with misfeed. spring is very strong and it's a very durable build and won't break apart like the Kingsarms mag. Out of all the P90 mags I've bought and used, these are the ones I'd get for capacity.

Pros:
- 200-round capacity
- no feeding issues
- very durable and won't split apart from regular use
- strong spring

Cons:
- A strong spring means loading is hard and you won't reach the 200-round capacity sometimes, so the average is 175 rounds.

Overall, if you want reliable high-capacity P90 mags, these are the ones.

"So I got a pack of 3 for my SSR90...
I research a lot and decided to go with krytac mags for the extra 70 bbs they provide against the novritsch (I found out that his magazines are kings arms) 130 rd mags (180 rd mags suppose to be in development but co2 SSX23 mag are still in development for about 3 years already so I don't trust the ETA of those mags. Anyway...)

Krytac mags are good overall, the polymer/plastic is high quality, they feed well, poly is very clear so you can see the bbs go BRRRRRR... Real cap switch worked great.

The reason I give 4 stars is because they are hard to reload. I have an Odin speed-loader, I got the tridos p90 adapter for the Odin (works great I truly recommend it), and on the 1st curve of the mag (around 50 bbs) the tension got stiff, and on the 2nd curve (around 130 bbs?) the tension got stiffer, it got so stiff that my Odin broke, so I tried a traditional speed loader and it broke as well.

2 broken speed-loaders after, I was able to fully fill the magazines with a 3rd speed-loader. BUT I notice that BBs were passed the follower. After further inspection of the mag I notice that the mag is closed with screws on one side/ledge of the magazine, and the other is closed by pressure, this side pop out and bent upwards a little sue to the pressure of the spring, thankfully because is good polymer the mag did not broke like my speed-loaders.
I get that the magazine needs to be break in, but not like this!

I released about 4 bbs to remove pressure and pop together the magazine where it bent.
PRO-TIP: When filling the magazine, when the BBs pass the 2 curve of the mag, dont pass the 25 mark of the magazine, or this will happen to you.

"Flawless when loading the gun. The magazine cutoff has worked every single time. The spring is extremely high tension, maybe a little too much. Breaking these in with a standard manual speed loader is frightening. Every other push, it gets stuck (I think its the followers) and requires a very steady and hard push to continue loading the magazine. When loading near the last 20-30 rds, The magazine seams start splitting apart on the final stretch; I kept a rope tightly wrapped around it while loading to prevent it from opening completely and permanently damaging the magazine.

Overall a very good magazine, its pricey yes, but when broken in, it's the best p90 midcap available (performance wise)

Only con is how difficult it is to load the magazine safely. Make sure you have a quality speed loader, or an Odin with a worthy makeshift adapter

"Bought two and had a lot of problems with one of them. While reloading, as the bbs went around the 1st bend, they hopped the follower and ended up bulging the side of the mag and causing some minor damage to the inner channel. I was able to repair it but it has put me on edge loading these. Also I removed the real cap switch as it both doesn't always work and adds a layer of internal complexity unneeded.

Overall other mid caps are better.
