"very reliable, has a nice weight, and is a perfect replacement for those who don't want a basic Glock or 1911 clone. the green gas mags are incredibly efficient and hardy. however, the safety can only be engaged when the hammer is in half-cock or full-cock, which can be a little confusing for those unfamiliar with firearms. overall a great gun, i would highly recommend it for airsofters of any level.

"I absolutely love this pistol. Full metal, great weight, super comfortable, and also cross-compatible with green gas and co2! Of course, the co2 mags are a bit tricky to find, but the KJW CZ 75 co2 mags work perfectly in this thing. I did have some initial issues with the slide lock not catching. Whether or not it was the lock itself or the mag follower not pushing the slide lock hard enough is unknown to me since the problem fixed itself eventually, but keep in mind this only happened when I was fiddling with it, not when I was firing it. I also wish that since this is the original CZ 75, and not the more popular CZ 75B, I kinda wish this was a bit cheaper, but honestly, I didn't mind too much since they are awesome. And it would also be cool if they could make a CZ 75B version since it is the most popular of the 30 different CZ 75 variants. So, in short;

Pros:
-Comfortable
-Great weight
-Can use green gas AND co2
-Excellent mag capacity
-Can use KJW co2 mags
-Rather unique looking

Cons:
-I wish it was a bit cheaper
-Also wish it was the slightly more updated looking CZ 75B
-Slide lock was a bit finicky in the beginning

One way or another, CZ has made some awesome pistols and even though this is a mere replica, I can see why a lot of people like them.

"This is my first airsoft gas pistol and a fairly good one at that. First off it is rather heavy, about as heavy as the real steel (unloaded). It is incredibly reliable and has not suffered any issues with gas leaks, even during long games. Compared with some of my friends who have bought pistols at a similar price point, and have suffered several problems. That being said it is not the most accurate gun, especially for the price. If you love the look of the CZ75b or even a high power or Jericho 941 for that matter, you won't find a better gun for this cheap. However, if it is performance or you want to upgrade, I'd go for something else, perhaps an m9, 1911, or a SIG.

Pros- reliable,
full-sized,
It's a CZ
Great for any cold war or militia loadout
All-metal (may be a con)
Fits in a lot of surplus holsters (I use a p38 holster myself)

Cons
Not a lot of aftermarket support
Not the most accurate
MAGS, mags cost like 30 bucks, their good, but I wish there were some cheaper options

"Authentic, sexy, heavy, and punchy, The ASG CZ75 in classic configuration will no disappoint.

The greatest thing about this gun, (and the SP-01) is definitely the feel. Compared to glocks, which feel like bricks, this has a nice roundness that 1911 users will be pretty fond of, and those who are used to shooting real steel CZ75 based guns (SP-01, Jericho 941) or browning hi-power based guns will feel right at home. Non ambi-safety, which is just like the classic, and it ships with a green gas/ propane capable magazine. I have not put Co2 through an adapter into this mag, but I suspect it will hold up.

I run this gun with Co2 for the most part, and have 3 such magazines. The magazines themselves are unfortunately not as cool as the gun. for one, in order to accommodate the cartridge, they are extended and may look at home on an SP01, but look odd on the classic 75. The mag it ships with that uses gas is flush fit like the original. The other bad thing about the Co2 mags is that they aren't drop safe. The base plate is retained by a plunger/follower on the other side of the mag spring, but its plastic and fragile. I had one sheer off already and had to replace the nub with a small screw. I wouldn't mind having an exposed Allen screw and solid base plate if it fixed the issue.

Back to the gun itself. If you want tacticool or functional pistol that is adaptive, you have come to the wrong place. This thing is about the looks. And damn does it look classy.

Performance is as you would expect. It has decent capacity of about 26 rounds, definitely higher than standard 1911s and on par or slightly behind glocks and hi-capas. The accuracy is not very good, as its not a particularly long barrel, but it's not particularly abysmal, it's just no EF Race gun, or SSP-1, or finely tuned Hi-capa. For you spammers out there, the trigger i would say is not super ultra amazing, but is a step above most glocks. Its a rolling kind of trigger with a soft first stage, then two kinda walls to roll over, and a clean break. It's no 1911 trigger, but it'll do.

Now here is why i gave it only 4 stars out of 5. The whole thing is metal. Sorta a pot metal, it ain't no face hardened steel, but the metal quality isnt actually too important for slide and frame. However, the slide release seems to be made out of similar if not the same deal. And this meant within 2 days of serious playing (lets say 15 mags ran) and some messing around with it at home (you know we all do it), the slide catch was essentially non functional as it had worn down at the contact point with the slide. The slide's contact point had also done this. I even bought a 40 dollar SP01 slide catch from redwolf (evike doesn't have them unfortunately) made by wii tech, which is steel and wont ever wear, it still sometimes doesn't catch likely do to the slide being worn. Also the front sight is plastic and it is a big oof if you drop it, mine already took a dent.

All in all, if you want a classic CZ75, one of the most prolific guns on the world, this is faithful and looks good.

TOO LONG DIDN'T READ

Pros
Accurate disassembly
amazing grip, far superior to glock brick
Decent capacity
chrome barrel and trigger
can take Co2 like a champ
Removable grip panels
good trademarks
Double action/single action

Neutral
non-ambi safety (historically accurate)
Rolling trigger
co2 mags appear like the sp01 extended base plate mags
no rail (historical)
Paint is kinda scratchable (I like it for the rugged look)
Paint is matte (not reflective)

Cons
Weak slide catch
Co2 mags are a bit fragile at the bottom
front sight is plastic and therefore vulnerable
rear sight can have wobble but it's minimal and this is a 70's era pistol the sights are tiny anyway so whatever

"Overall, this is a great gun, but there are some things I don't like about it. It's got a nice kick, great FPS and range, and realistic trades on it. Its well made too, it doesn't rattle or such, and the takedown is really close, if not identical, to the real steel. The only thing I don't like about this gun is that it has a tiny bit of cool down issue, sometimes it cant push the slide far enough back to chamber another BB, but you could always get a different recoil spring, and there are also optional C02 mags for it, which is great when they are in stock and can be found. I live in Florida where i can get to 80 easily, and it still has this problem. I bought some C02 mags, and that fixed the problem. This is my personal sidearm and one of my favorite pistols.
