"A must have if you plan on increasing the inner barrel length of your VSR! I installed mine along with a 590mm 6.01 tightbore, also from Angel Custom, using the hop up rubber it came with, and it can achieve way better groupings than the stock barrel and hop up unit. Also this will allow you to use AEG barrels and hop up rubbers, which come in a greater variety of lengths than the proprietary VSR barrels out there.

"After some finagling I founed the bucking the comes with the hop-up is trash only rated for 300~350 fps. Also prevents the bbs from feeding properly.

You'll also need an angle custom inerbarrel for this hop-up to work properly.

Buyers need to understand that when they buy upgrades that they did there research on how to properly install the upgrade. Nothing in airsoft comes with instructions.

"I would not recommend buying this item. I bought this believing that I would fit into my VSR-10 and be compatible with the inner barrel I purchased. To the contrary, this hop up unit requires you to also buy an Angel Custom inner barrel to work with the unit. In my opinion, this is a waste of money and the Angel Custom Neo One Piece hop up or an Action Army hop up chamber would be much more useful and cost effective.

"Absolutely do not buy. Some angel custom parts are OK or even good. This is not one of those products. The fact that evike still sells this when there are chambers like the action army etc is shameful. You can make the stock hopup work 10x better than this old school style that was designed for outdated buckings. I've never actually thrown a product away until this.

"I wanted it to work but all it did was give me trouble. The release notch does not engage so the bbs do not get released properly. Using an aeg barrel did not solve the issue. Save your time and get the action army hop up. It took ten minutes to install and work flawlessly.

"The magazine bb release nub is a tad too low you'll have to sand down your magazines for this to work.
Dont use the hop-up rubber bucking that comes with it.
For it is not hold a good air seal for anything over 400fps
Dose not work with just any barrol the barrol nub that holds it in place dose ware down dont know why?
