"Overall great build. I agree with the previous review on all the points they brought up. Shoots very well with very minimal shot to shot variation in fps. Easy connecting to the gate aster. I have nothing negative to say about the build. Even after it arrived, I was able to ask about BB weights and magazines which I really appreciated. It does come with a special arms mid cap s mag which fed better than then pts epm 1.

The customer service was exactly how google described it to be. The folks on the phone were all kind, and easy to work with but still there were delays with little to no communication via email (which is the only way to reach the tech team) and be ready to repeatedly ask the same question when emailing them because a lot of times they will not actually answer your question if the email is too long...If you have no knowledge about airsoft this process sucks. I imagine if you have a lot of knowledge ahead of time, the communication and planning process is probabaly easier.

They're some of the best techs so be prepared to deal with delays and random annoyances if this is the route you choose. With that said, The build itself is flawless and I will probably continue to shop with them and utilize the tech services moving forward.

"Received my EPS Custom 11.5" BCM MCMR and I’m extremely happy with it so far.

First off, I was able to connect to the installed Gate Aster and saw that the EPS tech, CL, had already put about 1,500 BBs through the gun before it got to me. That gave me a ton of confidence in the quality control right away.

The build work also shows great attention to detail. The Maxx hop-up chamber was secured with three O-rings on the barrel for added stability, which I really appreciated. The listing mentioned Solink high-speed helical gears but didn’t specify the ratio, so for anyone wondering, I can confirm they are 13:1. Trigger response is instant, and the gun is extremely quiet, which tells me the shimming was done very well.

Performance has been excellent. It’s shooting right around 1.4 joules with .32g BBs and staying very consistent shot to shot, with only about 0.03J variance. Accuracy has been outstanding, easily the most accurate AEG I’ve owned.

As for the BCM MCMR platform itself, the externals are excellent. The finish appears to be hard anodized, definitely not painted, which gives it a very clean and durable look. The rifle feels solid overall, and the build quality is exactly what I’d expect from VFC. What you see in the photos is what you get, it’s a beautiful rifle. I was also pleasantly surprised that the orange flash hider was much easier to remove than on some other AEGs.

A couple minor downsides: the QD socket at the base of the rifle is too shallow for standard QD swivels, so it requires a short-post version. I was only able to find one from a seller in Taiwan. Also, the stock has a bit more wobble than I’d prefer, although it’s not bad. Lastly, there’s a slight clicking/rattling sound when moving the rifle around, which I traced to the ambidextrous charging handle. Since it has multiple moving parts, one of them has a little play.

Overall, this is an excellent build and absolutely feels like care was put into it. Great performance, great accuracy, and very strong attention to detail from the EPS tech.
