Echo1 Wolfsbane 1911 Airsoft GBB Pistol (Model: Gun Only)

"This is a very good gun out of the box and is really fun to play with. Plus this gun is good for small hands like mine.

"Best airsoft gun I’ve owned. I bought one used from a friend in August. However after having no issues and it being very reliable and fun, I might be buying a second one. Never had issues with feeding, firing, or holster fit. I enjoy the sights very much and have gotten plenty of compliments on the look of the gun itself. Unfortunately the Echo 1 mags I got with it quit 4 months after I got the gun(They were used pretty hard). However it uses a Tokyo Mauri and KJW system, so I got 2 MEU Tokyo Mauri mags and they work fine for the most part. Little tight fit, but after using it for a bit they’re fine. Great gun and I love it.

"Awesome pistol. Fit and finish are top notch and the thing looks fantastic plus the custom grips feel great in the hand. It’s also well balanced, points great, has a crisp trigger, and the fiber optic front sight is quickly acquired for fast precision shots. I really love the extended mag release it makes reloads a breeze. Shooting wise I personally think it’s over hop’d (even at its lowest setting) so I’d recommend .25’s or heavier. Other than that it performs great with its silly smooth slide and I was able to get 2 full mags out of one green gas charge which is really really good considering they are 30 round mags. Personally tho I will not be taking this to the field it’s just to nice lol. A definite buy at this price. 10/10

NOTE it does have both a threaded outer barrel AND inner barrel. The gun comes with a standard barrel bushing so you can remove the compensator and use whatever muzzle device you want.

"This is my first green gas pistol and I have to say, it has exceeded my expectations. The fit, finish and operation are all top notch and feel very high quality.

The one issue I had is that there is no manual in the box. There's a QR code printed on the outside, but if you go through the rigamarole to decode that it takes you to a JAG arms site that's supposed to have the PDF manual. I say, SUPPOSED to because there is no manual posted for this pistol.
Fortunately this being a 1911 it wasn't too hard to figure out how to get to the hopper. The promo video on this page from Evike was very helpful with that.

Despite the packaging issues, the gun itself is great and I highly recommend it.

"Got the gun and it looks amazing, compensator when installed is nice a snug and give it the feeling that it's been part of the gun since the beginning of time. Much like how "Aconitum Lycoctonum" which is Latin for Wolfbane has been around for a long time. The extended mag release is easy to use but there's no extended slide catch which should been there. My main gripe with the gun is its mag. An extended mag is great with its capacity but the gas consumption is atrocious. You cannot unload the mag without having to refill the thing midway before emptying it. And even then theres supposed to be lever on the mag that engages the slide catch but that doesnt work because the gun doesnt lock after the last shot. This gun is more for ogling than it is for the field.

"The trigger Internals are dukie they are too weak, sometimes it resets the trigger sometimes it doesn't The rail on the lower frame is way to thick to fit in any of my 1911 plus rail holsters even did not fit in my hi capa holster the sights are not the greatest but better than the typical 3 white dot front and rear sights The grip panels are great but I do recommend sanding down the high point's very lightly because they are sharp The extended mag release, slightly enhanced mag well and extended mag are fantastic and My most favorite part of all The slide cycles like butter when firing and when racking Over all do not recommend if you are not looking to do some internal work.
