"i looked everywear! all the major airsoft sights, ebay, amazon, and a couple auction sites. and i coulnt find a better price on a full metal tri-shot airsoft shotgun. i did resurch on countles number of airsoft shot gun from multiple sorces includin youtube vevo and talking to shotgun users on and off the field. the majoraty of them were using plastic or non tri-shot. they said and i quote IF U HAVE THE MONEY GO FOR IT. my police oficer friend across the striete was even impressed with the realisome and said he might get one for himself.

pros:
-this shotgun has great realisme.
-the three barels or seprate from eachother
-it has a decent FPS for cqb
-good spread with .2g bbs /.25g made the spred smaller
-nice loud shuck when you pump it
-good range considdering its usualy for cqb

cons//mor like knitpicks of my personal prefrences//
-i dont like the plastic interenals. althoughgh their holding up pretty well with the abuse i've pute them through
-the pump is a little hard at first but you get used to it pretty quick/not that its any less hard to pump// might me hard for yunger kids so buyer be wearry
-buyer be warry the longer barrels are just for show, the inner barel is the sme leangth as the short ones. your paying for the look and the metal. not accuracy.

"Very impressed for the price and was exactly what I expected it to be. Only con is the pump itself is a little wobbly.

"Spring Tri shots are hard to mess up unless you're a caveman like me. I pumped it with the safety on and it snapped the sear. 100% my fault. Other than that it's a solid gun for new players.

"I got this shotgun after my beginner single shot spring shotgun broke. It has a fixed hop up, so the only way to affect the travel distance of your shots is to change your BB weight, and with .28g BBs, this shotgun can outrange my gas sidearm. It has a good spread, and has sturdy construction. I'm removing one star because of two main issues. First, my fingers have been chewed up from the texture on the pump handle, and from my fingers getting pinched between the pump handle and the sling point on the end of the mag tube. Second, it would seem my model came out a bit wonky, and the door doesn't open when you press the button. I assume there's supposed to be a spring that pops open the door to put your shell in, but when I press the button, I have to stick my fingernails under the door and pry it open in order to load the gun. I assume this issue would be too small to RMA, but I haven't taken it to a field yet, so I'm planning on gluing a stud or bolt to the bottom of the loading door so I can open it with gloves on. If there were another pump available on the market that had better texturing and maybe a strap on the underside, and if there were a way to fix the loading door issue, then my review would be 5 stars. The gun fires like a dream, it's just loading and pumping that's made a pain by the issues I've listed.

"Great shotgun, but doesnt want to work in colder weather. Nice spread, great accuracy for a shotty, but the loading mechanism jams and loads too many every time its too cold outside. Didn't work for me around 40 degrees F

"This is a great gun! I personally love the longest version with the full stock, and that is what I purchased for myself. It shoots hard, like really hard, as I was able to puncture semi thick plastic, and it feels solid in the hands.

To sum it up,
Pros:
Heavy
Powerful
Solid build

Cons:
One strange problem with the pump. If I failed to completely pump the slide back, the priming mechanism would unlatch, and I would need to mess with the slide to get it back into position. I think this is more user error than anything, really not a huge problem.

Final verdict: if you use this properly, and dedicate yourself to leaning a new gameplay style, this shotgun will take you places!

"Well, the main body of receiver has been updated- now has two allen screws on each side which will most likely allow mounting of various side saddles or over the top rails.

Unfortunately, it no longer has brass inner barrels.. they're red anodized aluminum..mine are quite poorly done, the muzzle ends have scratches, scrapes and chips! Not good, a def down grade from the brass barrels. I was getting a top of 270FPS with EMG .20 BBs.

I swapped in the Angel Custom spring guide (still using oem springs) and steel trigger parts, I'm now getting 290FPS, with same BBs.

"A pretty awesome and reliable gun, but could have used a bead sight of some sort.

Easily fixed using a snap on bead sight. Normally would be a problem for a real shotgun, but with no recoil you're fine doing it with an airsoft gun.

Only downside I can say is the fixed hop-up though. You HAVE to use 0.28-0.30g BBs, otherwise your shots will begin flying up or drop off too quickly... Definitely hurts your FPS, but accuracy wise it's good.

One of the barrels must have its hop up a little too strong though, as even with 0.30g one BB always seems to float up too high, but not enough to be a huge negative.

"Pretty much the best tri-shot springer on the market right now. Solid internals, and a very nice realistic cold metal body (but not overly so to the point it's tiring to carry.)

- It has a hop-up. (Cheaper tri-shots don't have one at all, but this one is so powerful that you really have to use .25's and higher to fully utilize it.)
- The pump is much easier to rack compared to other shotguns, such as the Double Eagle ones, etc. It's comparable to using a much more expensive gas shotgun, without the extra cost of gas, and the extra effort of reloading gas tanks.
- My biggest issue is that it didn't have any iron sights, which might not be a problem for some. It's easy to just go on online retailers, or to a local shop and pick up some clamp-on sights. Careful though, this thing's barrel is slightly larger than a real 870's or Mossberg's.

If you want to use a shotgun that's not cheap and won't break after a few games, but don't want to drop $200 on a gas shotgun, with extra gas tanks, this is a simple pick-up-and-play shotgun that will hold it's own against more conventional guns.

"I like to start with the cons.

CONS:

There is a degree of looseness in the pump grip that is concerning. You can rock it about 15-30 degrees along the action slide. I don't quite care for that and prefer my equipment to be tight and rigid, especially field gear. The folding stock on the CQB variant is also loose when locked against the barrel. It will rattle and clank during a sprint or maneuver. Once locked into place, it feels decent. It's a little long for my preference, but gives you that temporary stock for a more controlled experience. Again, I would have preferred if the locking mechanism were on both sides for additional rigidity and support, but its only on one side. Internals are mostly plastic. I expect this gun to have a short life of 6 months to a year with regular play, but for the price, it's not too disturbing.

PROS:

The gun comes with three shell mags. I expected two. The action feels tight with a positive stop. Safety is also tight. The weight is good for a metal replica. Still lighter than a real steel, but heavy enough that you feel substance. So far, it feeds well and the groupings remain tight. FPS is perfect for the intended range of close and personal. You'll certainly feel it, but you won't be prying plastic out of your arm like CO2 powered guns. As a spring gun, it will remain reliable in colder temperatures. The mag release is crisp and responsive. It will prove for quick and easy reloads. This gun would make for a great CQB arena primary or a secondary for users forced to have a minimum engagement distance.

If I had to make another purchase for a CQB tri-shot, I would purchase this a second time. Maybe in the plastic version to save a few extra dollars.

"so basically this version of the shotgun is the most expensive and the beefiest version. the folding stock is cool but ive noticed its been scraping the top receiver of my gun so thats kind of a problem. the reload gate makes me mad because the little spring thats supposed to push the gate open sometimes gets loose and sticks outside of the metal flap and sometimes it cuts me then id have to fix it. reloading is really bad, because it takes so long. the choke tube without the extension can only hold 2 shells STORAGE ONLY. the choke extension cant even hold any shells why tho, the pump is very strong to pull back but once you fire it can spray 30 shots in 10 seconds. id recommend it

"good shotgun the weight is evenly balanced and the 3 round burst system is really effective at range. the only drawback of the gun is that the shell hatch that covers the shell gets stuck and requires a tool or a small enough hand size to grab the hatch from the interior. This is a major problem when your on the field and annoying to deal with.

"When I got this gun for the first time, I fell in love. I thoroughly enjoyed the different playstyle that comes with running a shotgun, compared to your typical AEGs. Being spring powered, I was glad to not have to worry about running out of gas like can happen for other models on the market. It felt amazing and I always enjoyed running it at my local field.

By biggest gripe, however, is that after about 2-3 months the pump action would no longer lock forward and the gun would no longer feed. The same exact issue happened to my second CYMA shotgun, this time the M3 adjustable stock model, as well within about 2-3 months. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a solution online (still looking) and I don't trust the only proshop near me to fix it without breaking it in another way.

I seriously love the CYMA shotguns for their affordable prices and equal quality (really good in my opinion), but with both my models having the same issues does not sit well with me. So I will unfortunately be stepping away from CYMA shotguns for some time.

"Got it yesterday shot it today and after I put about only 30 rounds into it I went to pump it again but pump felt loose after and wasn't feeding bbs and bbs did not go more than about 25ft and only had it for a day used it less than like 30 mins. Idk if I got a lemon but I'm highly disappointed in this gun right now.

"I got this gun around Christmas time and for the time I had it, it was awesome. I was able just to reach 100 ft with .25g bbs. The shotgun feels very sturdy and made of metal besides of the stock and pump, but about a week later it just wouldn’t feed and only dry fire. It would just jam into the air nozzle and eventually one of the pistons broke. Reading from the other reviews I think I might of just got a lemon but oh well.
