"I haven't gotten to battle test this gun yet but I have noticed a few things straight out of the box. Overall, I think this appears to be an excellent gun though once again, I have not yet been able to test it.

Pros:
-Sweet looking gun
-Comfortable mag
-Very Lightweight
-Decent starting sights
-Other mags work well so far

Cons:
- No cup holder and built in air condition

I would suggest using the 190 or 230 mid cap mags because they fit in perfect. I have never had any issues with theses mags like i did with the PTS mid cap mags.

"This gun is great! way heavier than expected, full metal gearbox this thing is great! shoots straight and fast and with an optic I rarely miss!

Pro's:
1. shoots hard like 390-400 fps which is good if you are intercepting and short range sniping, but will hurt up close.
2. hurts up close, if your like me this is a con because you have fear factor on your side and all my friends guns realy hurt, so it's a win win.
3. fetures are cool, like hop up plate and jailbreak muzzle.

Cons:

I noticed on the description it said it would come with two mags but it only came with one, so I contacted the guys at Evike customer service and they were so quick to send a new mag. my way that they did'nt didn't even have to respond; the response I got was the new magazine! THIS IS A SUPER SOLID GUN AND FOR THOSE WHO LIKE THE AR-15 LOOK I HIGHLY RECOMEND.

"Great rifle OEM by CYMA and love the look and feel of this rifle. The counterfeit version by Lancer Tactical is ugly as heck by the way and not a CYMA gearbox inside like this one. Good primary or loner!

"As a big fan of the transformers this rifle is a must have for me. The polymer feels sturdy and I assure you it's quite durable. After taking a pretty bad fall nothing on the outside was even scratched. Overall I rate this a 5/5 because it's pretty versatile and a great gun.

"Great gun, i played with it for about 6 months now and it takes all the abuse I put on it and everything works smooth and as expected.

"Performance and build quality on this rifle are outstanding. It's held up to a surprising amount of abuse in my clumsy hands, and it shoots accurately and quickly. It also looks pretty slick doing so, I might add. One minor issue I have is the battery system - for some reason the battery connector is dummy thick and it stops you from just throwing whatever stick battery you have into this rifle and going to town - but you can get around this easily if you buy one of the recommended Matrix batteries or if you just use a nunchuk/butterfly battery like a normal person.

One recommendation I have is to buy a replacement pistol grip for this rifle, too - the one included doesn't extend all the way down the trigger guard, and as a result the two sharp edges of the grip housing area poke down and bite into your middle finger while holding this rifle. Be warned that the gearbox seems to extrude into the pistol grip a little further than most gearboxes do, so you'll want to look for a pistol grip that has a little more gearbox space in order to get a proper fit.

In my case I just shoved a MOE grip meant for a gel blaster on this thing and it worked out fine. No more finger stabby, and pretty dripped out too.

"Before you read this, know that the gun is fine. Shoots fine, FPS is fine, range is fine, RPS is fine. The reason I give it such a low review is this: When I first ordered the gun, delivery time was fine. Took about a week and a half to arrive. When it did arrive however, two of the main features advertised about this gun, the removable jailbreak muzzle and quick change rail, were completely stuck and impossible to remove. I requested an RMA, sent it back, Evike fixed it, sent it back. Whole thing took about two weeks. Then, I opened it up hoping to see a brand new gun that worked perfectly. Nope. Same gun, packaged awfully, and not even fixed. Jailbreak muzzle was indeed fixed but the quick change rail was not. But wait... There's more! After just one use, the mock slide catch broke. So the reason for the bad review isn't the gun itself but Evike's awful quality control. I'll update this review once I get the gun back (after sending it back for repair a second time). For now though, 2 stars. Gun works fine though.
