"It's a good gun for sure. I haven't had the chance to bring it out to a real game yet, but its performance is looking quite promising after a couple of test shots in the backyard. The only thing stopping me from rating it higher is that it is a TM clone, so it's pretty much incompatible with most, if not all, 3rd party AK parts. That is unless you're willing to pop out the Dremel tool and sink a couple of hours into milling them down. I bought an LCT B-10M handguard to go along with it and I had to spend maybe several hours filing it down until it eventually fit.

So definitely be weary of whether the Cyma you're buying is a TM or VFC clone. VFC clones are typically better all around just for a couple of dollars more since the majority of external modifications are designed FOR VFCs in mind. If you don't mind having to bust out the Dremel tool or you don't intend to modify it at all, this is still a solid budget option.

"Fantastic gun, and an all around great starter aeg, except for one slight issue... Evike sent me the CM040C, a vfc clone, instead of the CM047D, a TM clone. Kinda a bummer, as I was planning on using real steel ak parts, but can no longer use them.
