A&K / Cybergun FN Licensed M249 MINIMI SAW Machine Gun w/ Metal Receiver (Model: MK II Para / Wolverine Inferno)

"Something I'm looking at getting. Can't decide between the Para model and the full stock model. Is the barrel really the same length between the two models, because there seems to be an obvious difference in pictures. For the most part the Para model looks more intimidating...especially when you think of jumping out of a plane...thats pretty hardcore...now do it with this strapped to you...and you're f!@#$% nuts...pure intimidation. So..barrel length the same or no? If not I may just get the standard stock, replace it with a para stock and throw a ranger grip on it.

"This gun is great/amazing very heavy and if your looking for a gun to upgrade this isnt the gun for you and no disrespect to evike but there are other sites to buy the same gun at a cheaper price... yes this gun does have a few flaws but they are easily fixed the only problem.

"Ive had this for about 6 months and ive only had acouple problems with it one putting the battery in is hard so I swapped the stock for a full stock and then i could put a better battery in. The box mag does and will jam, so you need some long skinny thing that wont break, i used a nitting needle (it wasnt mine) to unjam it and it works like new again. This is a support weapon, you have to be fit enough and willing to carry this monster around all day. Dont waste your money with the grip or a scope, this is for spraying and covering your team. Just find a place to mount it and you will have a fun time.

"This gun is really underestimated. I have fielded this at two large games and it received constant usage for atleast 30 hours. I was able to dump multiple brands and weights of BBs into the boxmag and all fed flawlessly. At the last D-day game this gun was named "The Lawnmower" enemies quickly learned that hiding in the tall grass was a bad idea. The ROF is excellent. Range is great. Finish and quality are amazing.

Keep in mind that this is a support weapon. It is meant to be carried to a position, then fired. This is not a gun to be running around with. Also remember that these mid range guns need to be broken in first. It takes a few thousand rounds to clear the barrel of all debris, then you will see a noticeable improvement.

"Dis Gun is the bomb!!!!!! I took out six ppl in 1 game with it. Dont Buy the Echo 1 version, it suks, and it doesnt cun wid d case. it has less range and less fps, so buy this better 1 with d case for 10$ cheaper.

"Although I've only had my A&K M249 Para for a short while I can tell that it is one outstanding weapon on the airsoft field! The weight gives a sense of realism that I hadn't had with my previous AEG and although the externals are around average considering everything isn't full metal, which is fine by me, I can tell I'll have a load of fun upgrading and customizing this bad boy! I would suggest a two point sling designed for SAWs though when you're carrying it onto and off of the field so that you don't keep putting stress on the carrying handle, I was told that most M249's carrying handles will break when put under too much pressure.

"GREAT DEFENSIVE GUN. get two of these on your team and nobody will want to charge you. I bought one a year ago, but I'm more of an offensive player so I loan it to team mates but it was well worth the money to have that kinda cover behind me. Great gun! I've fallen in love with Echo 1's. at first I was a bit hesitant because of their price. the main thing that keeps their price down is the plasic bodies but this baby is mostly all metal. and Echo 1 now makes an M-4 metal body gun and the Scar, both are great guns and shoot really hard. much better out of the box than some of my upgraded guns.

"I HAVE THIS GUN AND ITS GREAT. ROF IS GREAT WIEGHT IS GREAT. I HAVE THE RAIL SYSTEM ON MINE AND YOU DONT WANT TO PUT THE GRENADE LAUNCHER ON IT. GOING THROUGH THE SITES THESE ARE THE BEST MAGS. MINE JAMMED ALITTLE (LIKE ALL MAGS TEND TO DO AT SOME POINT) AND ALL I DID WAS STRETCH OUT THE COIL THAT HOLDS THE BBS AND LET IT GO AND IT WAS ALL GOOD. AGAIN GREAT GUN

"great gun, heavy, accurate, good ROF, very powerful.

ranger grip on this is pointless cuz it sits so far forword that unless u have arms like a monkey u cant really hold the grip with a full stock to yr shoulder... RIS is a much better idea... mine looks fantastic with the RIS on it and the upgrade options range from grenade launchers to lasers and grips(note: if u want a grenade launcher u need a riser mount)
