As a result of closures across the entire state of California, orders placed online will have a delay.

Shipping time may be delayed for up to 5-8 business days (7-10 calendar days). Please note when selecting express orders (1/2/3 day delivery), it will still take additional days to ship your order and delivery times are not guaranteed.

We are awaiting more detailed information on when it is safe to return to work in full capacity and will keep you informed.

Our customer service team is still working remotely to answer any questions and assist with all order requests. Please allow 24-48 hours during weekdays for our staff to get back to you. For urgent matters, you may still call us or live chat with us during business hours.

What should we do with returns?

We are now accepting returns. However, due to the already existing backlog from the California lockdown, there will be a temporary 10-14 day delay in return processing. Of course, our team will try to process all returns as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!
