Are you experiencing trouble with an item on your order? Do you need to arrange a repair service with our tech support team? Please take a quick moment to complete the simple form below. A representative will contact you within 1-2 business days!

Important notes:

  • Please do NOT return packages without completing this form and prior to having an RMA # issued to you. Your package could be refused or lost in our large facility if it is not labeled with an RMA #.
  • Our support staff are off duty on weekends. Please allow 1-3 business days for one of our friendly specialists to reach back to you regarding your RMA request.
  • If you encounter a problem while submitting the request through this online form, you may also submit your RMA request with the same information via fax to (626) 285-8622 or via email to rma@evike.com.
