"Although a blow out kit isn't super useful in an airsoft game, this is still a great blow out kit pouch. Very spacious and accommodating for bleed control items, chest seals, items to clear airway obstructions ECT. I have since moved onto the Ferro Roll 1 but this pouch can do all the same things the Roll 1 can, just in a different footprint and with different attachment methods. Speaking of attachment methods, not only do these pouches have MOLLE/PALS webbing but also belt loops for direct attachment to you the wearer. You could even go as far as to acquire a USGI issue IFAK sleeve and a Black Hawk IND pistol lanyard and create your own retractable tray for the first aid items, but I would highly recommend running the pouch upside down in order for it to act as a tray when you are ready to stow those medical items away again.
