"READ!
This is true medical equipment. Unless you buy medical items from a supported source of trust worthy medical equipment, DON’T BUY IT! A lot of massive distribution sites have knock off medical things from you know where. These however are genuine things you can

1) genuine NAR C.A.T Gen.7 . Remove from wrapper immediately to reduce deployment time

*NOTHING ELSE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM PACKAGING*

2) Pressure Dressing: Feels like a real product. Though I can’t say it isn’t fake, Everything in this kit seems genuine so I wouldn’t doubt this product to break too easily.
3) Compressed gauze: Real H&H Compressed gauze. I personally would pair It up and buy a hemostatic or at least Another compressed gauze encase one isn’t enough to pack a wound.
4) Chest Seals: Real HyFin Vented Chest seals twin compact
5) Trauma Shears: I personally switched them out for XShears only because I’d trust them more, but these are alright.
6) Gloves: Perfect type! Other then looking tactical, never use black gloves. You would have the hardest time identifying extra blood. The gloves these come with are perfect. Any lighter color (white beige blue tan) is great.

Pros:
GENUINE TOURNIQUET! This one you can trust! It is a real C.A.T Gen.7 from North American Rescue

Cons:
it has only one compressed gauze which isn’t that bad. It is just better to have at least two

The trauma shears felt like they were painted black and rub however they have since broken in a bit and.

Also the trauma shears. The shears are actually quite short, more cutting would be needed to cut the clothing

All in all, this is an amazing product! If you are starting out building an IFAK, this is a great product, in conjunction with other Eleven 10 Medical gear. The first thing I would swap out is the shears and add another compressed gauze.

PS: Additional tourniquet may be required to stop bleeding from an artery. Unless adding another tourniquet, search up how to improvise a tourniquet out of an Israeli Bandage.
