H&K Licensed Limited Edition HK416D CQB Elite Full Metal Airsoft AEG Rifle by VFC / Elite Force - Bronze

"I got this gun back in july of 2015 and it is a beast. out of the box it preformed exceptionally well. 370 fps w/ a .20 at 23 rps and it was accurate out to 150+ feet. I upgraded it by putting in the ASCU gen 4 mosfet, 6.03 tightbore barrel, speed trigger, 120 spring and a krytac motor. it now shoots 420 fps with a .20 at 27rps and the trigger response is insane and it reaches out to 200ft very accurately.

"I want to say I may be the one who picked up the last one from Evike's stock, at least for this year in late July, and am so glad I did. After handed down my Echo1 M4 to my youngest, and needed a replacement, that's when my older son asked me to look into this. I was initially looking at the HK M27 Limited Edition Tan but we all know they are gone forever. So, back to this 416CQB in Tan, and perhaps the last of the Limited Edition items, the price at first really has shied me away, but then I just can't resist of the color, case, and all the markings on the rifle and the mags. So I purchased it. Expecting it's a displaced item since it's been around since Xmas, to my surprise it's double boxed and completely untouched, though my rifle came without the mosfet as others claimed they had. The rifle is so awesome you can stare at it for hours, making a great displace at home office when not out playing. Firing is smooth and all. Fits great with 9.6v no problems. I have tried 12v and boy it's so much fun! The HK mags are expensive and so I got yes, only 3 of them. I have gotten the messages from the guys that looking for the matching mags can be pain if they are not from VFC/Elite Force, but surprisingly the cheap polymags i got for my youngest's M4 fit this HK416 so well, and it fires without any problem. Well, as happy as I am I just want to thank Evike for selling a brand new product to its customers as advertised, not messy sales with displaced models. It is now says 'out of stock', I do hope Evike re-stock them if they are really become available again because I know many guys out there still wanted them. Unlike the HK M27 Limited Edition Tan which is now says 'Discontinued', sadly.

"Great Gun! I've had it for about 5 months now and I can say its the best rifle I've ever owned. first off since this is the limited edition it comes with an xcortech mosfet already installed and that alone made me very pleased. I've since put the evike 45,000 rpm motor, a 470mm tightbore, and an upgraded bucking. These are just upgrades that really just compliment the gearbox without ever cracking it open and with them the gun is just stellar. Specs wise( with my mentioned upgrades) its pushing laser accuracy to about 190 ft, an average 370 fps and a whopping 34 rps! Overall its a great gun for the price and with a few minor upgrades its a force to be reckoned with!

Pros:

-build quality, solid as a rock
-bronze finish
-pre-installed mosfet

Cons:
-has a rough break in period and doesn't seem worth the $500 but after around 1000 rounds through the thing, its a beast.
-sticky magwell. Seem very picky about what mags it wants to fit well with.
