"Received this as a gift and got cyma shells with it for a new adapter I'm trying out. The shells I got were too large to fit, but don't exceed the outer diameter of each shell tube. I may try modding it to fit. That said the polymer is a great quality and the aluminum quick detach mount is very high quality, it clicks when you lock it down to the rails, similar to a mouse click. There's a push up release button next to the locking arm and it's very easy to use. If the shells fit it would be wonderful but it's my fault for not getting TM spec shells. There is a comment that states TM shells are too wide as well, but it's not clarified if it would work with gas shells.
