"This gun is a great starter weapon for new beginning players that price range around 200$. However, I had problems with the gun as it came in. For example the manual was misleading, the manual tells you one thing wile its a completely different process in order to get the stock off. For veterans it would be easy to install the red dot sight but for new players it may be struggling since their is no manual on how to attach it. Another problem I encountered was the clamps(on the stock), it may be I had bad luck with a faulty unit but the clamps were glued shut to the point were I had to use pliers to rip them off and cause damage to the plastic plus the stock part of the gun itself. Besides these little announces the gun itself preformed great for whats its worth and was very accurate too.

"I bought the RIS 9" variant of the Molon Labe package. I have to say after shooting it a bunch and dialing the hop up in with .32 gram milsim max bbs, this weapon does not disappoint. The micro-switch trigger allows for a very snappy trigger response and with an 11.1v lipo at 20C-40C rating the rate of fire I got was 20-22rps. The weapon is shooting in between 340-375 with a .25g bb and is very accurate even out to 150 feet(5.27 inch group in 9mph wind on an 8inch target) with .32g bbs.

The weapon is not without its cons however. On my model the trigger spring is rubbing along side the gearbox shell a little too hard and causes the trigger pull to be much harder than most would prefer. I solved this by taking regular silicone oil/lube and dropping a few drops into the trigger and spring every so often just to keep it nice and slick. The Stock has an incredibly large battery compartment, but it does wobble left and right a little bit. My package came with a 6mm ProShop midcap, not a BAMF, but no big deal. Another con is that my SportPro micaps, elite force midcaps, elite force hicaps, and my Krytac hicaps do not fit in the magwell right, and they dont lock into the magcatch. I did replace the magcatch to see if it was the problem, but I think the magwell may just be too tight for the mags, as certain STANAG type magazines curve at different angles.

Overall if you love using 6mm proshop mags and valken or g&g hicaps you are good to go for indoor and outdoor play without ever having to open up the gearbox and change anything. Great weapon for the price, as It is more accurate than my brother's Krytac Alpha CRB and hits a tad harder with the same rate of fire.

"In addition to my previous review: Don't try to take this gun apart unless you have replacement springs ready because it does not tide well with being opened

"I have had this since august 2017 and it has been serving me well but I probably wouldn't buy it again because I'm not a fan of the polymer body but was a good starter weapon for any new players

"This gun is overall great! Just got it in today and it shoots really nice. ROF is alright but trigger response is amazing! The battery wobbles quite a bit in the crane stock. The mid cap magazine doesnt fit mine. But besides that the gun is great!

Pros:
-trigger response
-sturdy polymer
-ROF is decent
-FPS is on the higher side

Cons:
-battery wobbles in crane stock (easy fix by wrapping battery in tape.)
-mid cap doesnt fit gun!

As you can see this gun is pretty decent overall.

"Is the suppressor detatchable?

"To start: this gun is great for a beginner. Without going into too much detail, I'm just going to give this gun my piece of mind.
For the bad: Pathetic external build quality. G&G makes amazing polymer externals. To label these externals as anything but ABS plastic is a lie. The charging handle design is awful. So much receiver wobble that I only owned this gun for a month before selling it because I couldn't bear the external quiality. There is a 1-2mm gap that runs the entire length of the receiver. Compression parts (cylinder, cylinder head, air nozzle & piston head) do not create a good seal, even with a replacement O-ring. The included motor is not a torque motor. It is a speed motor. I know this for a fact, It couldn't turn over the M120 I received from my matrix full tune up kit, and I could spin the pinion by pressing a sponge to it (it's that weak).
Now for the good: This internally is the Umarex QC spring guide gearbox with the Micro switch trigger, but only 6mm bushings (6mm is ok). You can spam, and I mean, spam semi all day long with this. As fast as you pull the trigger, this gun will cycle. This is in part due to the microswitch trigger, but also the speed motor and light spring. This is also the first GB i shimmed to where the gun was practically silent. It sounded & performed beautifully. This is also an amazing deal. I bought this to learn my way around a version 2 gearbox, and I did just that. You also have everything you need to get right out on the field and have a great time, with a rather impressive looking gun (the included Micro T1).
If it weren't for the poor external build quality of this gun, I would have loved it. Would highly recommend to someone for a first gun/ getting a taste for airsoft & getting away from throwing money in to empty space for rental guns.

"This is a great gun! Out of the box it shoots great. Fantastic internals, material is a nice polymer material that feels amazingly strong.
by Ryan E. on 09/27/2014
"The gun has a great rof right out of the box and is fairly accurate. Mine however had a problem and wouldn't switch to semi instantly; I would go from either safety or auto and it would shoot full auto for around 6 rounds and then switch to semi. Besides that its a great gun that has a nice feel to it.

"This was the first airsoft gun that I bought, after a 3 year absence from the game. Tremendously impressed with this gun!!! I've been using it for about a month now, and it works great. With .25g's and a 7.4 lipo I can easily hit over 75 ft, with consistent 390 fps, and it's pretty lightweight. The spring de-compression system is SO cool, because I never have to worry about shooting my gun on semi every time I get finished. I only have a few minor complaints: 1. The first time I used the gun, a screw fell out of the bottom of the motor grip mid game. I had to go buy better screws, or the gun wouldn't work anymore. 2. Battery slot in the hand guard was hard to open at first. 3. Doesn't give the option for an RIS system. 4. It's kinda loud. 5. The length of the gun can sometimes hurt you when you're closer up, but that's sort of a negative for ranged guns.

PROS:
FPS
Range
De-compression system
Hop up slide stays open

CONS:
Cheap motor grip scres
Hard to open hand guard
No RIS
Loud
Length of gun

This gun is amazing, for the listed price. If I could describe this gun to a customer I would say this is an incredibly high quality noob gun, or a lower quality pro gun.

"I think for the price this gun is pretty good. It's mostly metal besides the stock and the main body which are made of strong plastic. The stock is a little loose but I believe that's normal for an adjustable stock. The batteries that come with it are pretty darn good and they go into the back of the crane stock. The parts on the gun are easy to figure out and come off easily. The hi-cap mag that comes with it has a nice metal case; but like all hi-caps you have to wind it up after a couple dozen shots. I think one of the best parts is the working charging handle that opens up the dust cover(way cool for anyone that wants realism).

The iron sights are kinda bad; they aren't the standard M4 style sights but that doesn't really matter. The close range sight is loose on mine and the precision bit is hard to see through in general(not sure if that's normal)

Overall I'd give it a 4/5 for a good budget starter gun that isn't mediocre. There are more pros than cons so I'd say buy it

Pros:
Cheap
Easy to handle
Lots of strong metal parts
Good FPS

"Ive had this gun for a couple of years now, and let me say, it is and excellent beginner to intermediate gun.
Pros:
metal ris
light
high quality plastic
shoots fast and hard with a 9.6v battery
accurate
no wobble
Cons:
ris was a litte off center with the receiver (very easy fix, just unscrew the rails and adjust it)
small battery compartment (I added a crane stock to fix the problem)
i didnt like the sights (personal preference, so I added magpul sights)
LOUD
the barrel is only as long as the ris (its just an extension)
bad selector plate. Shoots full auto on semi and you can pull the trigger on safe
the rails are SHARP! (I just put electrical tape over half of them)
by John B. on 04/22/2013
"I have had this gun for almost a year now and it is a great gun. I wish it had a full metal body or a omega-x rail just like the real steel, but that's not to big of a problem. Im working turning it into a dmr with a 450 mm 6.03 inner barrel, a full cylinder, a shock abosorbing mushroom piston head.
pros
good fps, It chronoed at 389 fps
fairly accurate
nice metal ris
awesome trade marks
fair decent rof about 15-18 bps on a 9.6v battery
internals are pretty solid
cons
The aoe was way off and my piston had fair bad wear on it after about a year CORRECT YOUR AOE
The motor is incredibly loud and obnoxious
The gears need to be shimmed
The battery that it came with isn't the best, I would recommend a 9.6v
consider re-greasing it

Overall I would recommend the gun to anyone planning on working on and upgrading an m4 style rifle internally its not bad at all, it just needs a tiny bit of work done to have it run at its full potential.
by Chris C. on 08/08/2012
"I have had this gun for about a year and it is a very good gun in a lot of respects, but there are a few flaws. Some may be my opinion but here they are...
Pros:
Good hefty weight
SUPER accurate
Hard fps, good for backyard play but not for fields
Metal where it needs it
No barrel wobble
metal rails
functioning charging handle
adjustable hop up

Cons:
rails arent very study or secure
plastic body, though lighter than metal, turns from gun grey to pukeish green
and a few minor details that dont really matter

overal this is a good gun if you arent looking for something too specific. i would recommend it to a friend

"This is a great gun for a new or vet player , I have had this gun for 4 years now and has never let me down . Good FPS and is great mid range engagements . But the butt stock isnt my favorite . I suggest if you want it to be really nice buy a 9.6 2300 MAH battery , a full buttstock and a tightbore berral .
