"Does not work on ssx23. There’s about 1cm of height difference between the original yellow gas route that comes with the ssx23 magazine and this nine ball gas route, with the nine ball being shorter. There’s a lot of lost compression when I installed the nine ball if you’re looking for more fps/gas efficiency. I found that putting a paintball tank o-ring(cut about 1-3rd off with scissors) inside novritsch’s rectangular cut-out on top of the magazine will help Nov’s gas route sit a bit higher on the mag, which gave me 5 fps on my mk23. Just remove the feed lips, take off the router and you’ll see the rectangle underneath. on some magazines the gas route will naturally a little too low when installed all the way down, not aligning with the feeding lips pin hole. in that case, the paintball O-ring will come in handy by off setting the misalignment. Super cheap but effective mod. Just be sure to put a dab of silicone oil on top of the gas router for less friction.

The nine ball gas route itself seems to be high-quality and very slippery material for smooth cycling

These helped out so much along with aftermarket Hi flow magazine valve and even with .32 gram bb's I started getting at least 150ft range out of my Hi-capa.
