"Review of the new Grey Sai Gry with i5 gearbox.

Alright, this thing is ABSOLUTELY INSANE.
Out of the box it shoots somewhere around 30 rps and the trigger response is godly. It EASILY outguns my friend's Krytac. The i5 gearbox DOES have some proprietary parts in it. Tappet plate, mosfet, and gearbox shell. The external finish is absolutely beautiful, two tones of grey make this thing look awesome. It is a solid beast of a gun, g&p externals never fail to impress, best on the market. G&p has had a harsh past with internals, but the new i5 takes the cake.

"Heavy and solid. Love the look. Decent trigger response. Maybe 27 rps. Lower on the FPS than expected. Needs a better grip. Decent overall, even being an EMG 50/50. 50% great and 50% suspect.

"Got the gun, grabbed a battery and took to the field. Little on the heavy side but in a nice way. Into my third game I busted my leg and ended up ramming the muzzle into some hard packed dirt, and only had a little bit of dirt to wipe off the included metal brake the gun came with.

Good Trigger response on semi(running 11.1 Lipo)
Overall Finish held up well
All them Trademarks(They are EVERYWHERE)
You can quickly take off the Jailbrake

Cons
Wouldn't run on a 7.4 Lipo as advertised
Safety feels loose, needs more positive locking positions
All mags I've tried are a pretty tight fit, no drop free for me.

wish the fake bolt was thicker, feels like I'm gonna brake it by breathing on it

"Externally the gun is great. Internally with an i5 gearbox however was a nightmare. The i5 gearbox is a proprietary gearbox and was not properly shimmed to the point where the motor overheated and gave up after 1 midcap test firing in the backyard. So i had to upgrade the gun internally from the ground up with a lonex gearbox, shs gears, gate titan, and asg motor set up i had lying around and now the gun is shooting flawlessly with a lonex hop up unit and r-hop 6.03 407mm barrel. Externally pleasing, just bad gearbox out of box.
