G&P, a leader in the AEG market and PolarStar, the leader in the HPA market have joined forces to bring a new type of HPA powered Airsoft gun to the market. The R3, the result of their collaboration, makes HPA easy to use. Gone are the massive external tanks and long, awkward hoses. The R3 offers a complete, all in one, integrated HPA solution. G&P and worked directly with Polarstar to develop the R3s gearbox shell, designing it for use with the Polarstar JACK HPA system. Inside the receiver of the gun sits the JACK unit, as well as the adjustable regulator. To supply air, only simply screws a 13ci tank into the rear of the receiver, adjusts the regulator, installs the stock and the gun is ready to use. Whether you are an HPA veteran or a new comer to the work of HPA Airsoft guns, the R3 provides all the performance of the Polarstar experience, paired with the convenience and aesthetics of a G&P AEG.

"So I’ve owned this gun for 2 years now and it’s still going strong. The accuracy, without upgrades, is superb. The only changes I’ve made since buying it have been to the trigger and hopup nub. I broke my stock trigger, so I replaced it with a Retro Arms J-Type (with minor filing needed) and it’s continued to work flawlessly. I replaced my nub with a Maple leaf 70 degree in the stock G&P hopup unit. I’ve only taken the Jack apart once to clean it, it’s a fantastic little system. I usually get a full outdoor game (about 20-30 minutes ea.) out of a tank fill as long as I’m choosing my shots wisely. Obviously how you play will determine how long your tank lasts. I get about 350 shots out of a tank at my current PSI setting. Externally this gun is absolutely beautiful. I get questions about it all the time. Your biggest decision (after purchase) will be what optic to throw on it, because it doesn’t need ANY internal upgrades out of the box. I highly recommend it.

"Amazing Gun but the only problems I have with it is that the tank is so small and runs out very fast and the threads on the tank end up stripping to where you have to screw the tank on more and more every time you take it off and put it back on and since there’s a little plastic piece you stick on the tank to put the stock on can’t be moved that much so when the tank turns the stock turns with it in the long run I would get more than one tank and more than one of those Rail adapters if what I’m saying doesn’t make sense add me on Instagram @_lil_beamer_boy_ and dm me and I’ll send you a video of what I mean and I’ll answer any other questions you have about this gun since there’s not really any videos on it
