I know that most modern airsoft shooters, those who skirmish for fun rather than those who use airsoft for serious training, don't appreciate the fine quality workmanship that Marui high end rifles possess. That is fine, for them. They want to build, to tinker, to modify, to chase that proverbial perfect rifle. I fully understand, when I started training with airsoft weapons, with my department, back in the mid-eighties, there was no such option.

For those of us make our living with weapons and / or those of us who appreciate excellent finishes and functionally tight tolerances, from the factory, this is a magnificent airsoft rifle. No tinkering required! With quality .2g bbs this is a perfect shooter, right out of the box.

The fully adjustable trigger (pull weight and length of pull), the simple hop up adjustment, the full (or mostly) metal construction all speak to effort and care in designing and building this fantastic rifle, in Japan.

Add to that, the picatinny rail is super solid and the hold and overall feel of the weapon are excellent. As a training weapon it is excellent (the first thing I did was put a Thermal on it... because I could) and then I mounted a 26mm tube Docter 6x42 for real practice.

I like this airsoft rifle a great deal, I am certain it will be useful and fun. And, I highly recommend this rifle (and the Marui L96).
