WE-Tech M16A1 Upper Receiver (Part #52) for WE M16 Series Airsoft GBB Rifle

"I bought this receiver in order to "downgrade" a We-Tech m16A3 since the their M16A1 hasn't been restocked in a long while. Feels great to the hand, and the swap of the internals was nearly seamless. Be warned if you attempt what I tried some of the fittings were a bit small on this receiver so some modification may be required, but nothing too difficult. I've seen other reviews that were negative because the receiver is made of aluminum and not heavy steel, but most airsoft guns are so I wasn't worried about it, and in fact the softer aluminum was preferred since I had to do some modifications. Overall great piece of the usual high quality I'm used to from We-Tech.

"The description says it is "High strength steel", however it is made out of aluminum. Very disappointed. Buyer be cautious.
