Smith & Wesson Licensed M&P 9 Full Size Airsoft GBB Pistol by VFC (Package: Tan / Gun)

"This is a very nice pistol. Trademarks are beautiful and all over the gun. On the slide, the trades are engraved just as they are on the lower receiver. Also, comes with an individual serial number that looks clean and adds that extra realism. The slide itself is a very hefty steel with a BEAUTIFUL bronze/tan/dark earth color. The iron sights are also great, and probably one of my favorite aspects of the gun. They are metal, and when taken outside in sunlight, the green dots literally glow! They're bright and make aiming easy. The lower receiver is polymer, just like on the real M&P9. The gun does come with interchangeable back straps to fit your hand much more comfortably. My only complaint is that the trigger is made of polymer and not metal. My fear is that it might break on me one day; however, Iv'e owned it for 6 months now and have had no problems with it whatsoever. Honestly, it is such a great looking gun and performance is very reliable.

-full auto capability (I do NOT recommend since it will wear the gun down faster)
-rail segment for flashlights/lasers
-mags are double stack so they hold many more bb's than traditional single stack

-polymer trigger
-expensive magazines ($40)
-my outer barrel came scratched all over from Evike.com

Conclusion: I really love this gun. It is dependable, unique, and not to mention beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to buy a new pistol.

"First to write a review for this gun, I'm very surprised since it is such a fantastic gun. The gun is great, metal slide and very high quality polymer frame.

idk if its the lack of lube or something else but it won't release the slide by pressing the slide release, i think i just need to figure it out, I'm sure it works, I'm just stupid lol xD

Overall, this pistol is amazing, haven't fired it yet but I'm sure i will soon, GET THIS GUN IMMEDIATELY BEFORE IT GOES OUT OF STOCK!!!

"Great pistol, fires nicely and holds plenty of green gas. The GBB however, is not a durable gun, despite it's rugged feel. After a few skirmishes, the rear sight became loose, and fell off soon after. About a week later, the fire selector in the back fell out, and the gun locked on full-auto, forcing me to send it back for a replacement.

Thats another overlooked aspect of this gun.... It can switch firing modes between semi and full. While this is not advertised on the evike product listing, if you read the manual, you will find that when you pull the slide back, and flip a switch on the inside of the back of the slide, you can turn it to full-auto. Very useful, and a nice feature to be surprised with.

"This is a fantastic gun. Great recoil and overall solid feel. Shoots good and the accuracy isn't to bad. Although the sear set in this gun is total garbage. I've gone through two of these pistols because the pot metal Sears break every time preventing the gun from firing and making it completely useless.
Wait till after market steel sears come out or you'll just have a pretty display item
