No one likes to think of it, but its a situation best prepared for. Like most bad things, it sneaks up when least expected. Fortunately, with the advancement of combat medicine, most injuries when treated quickly and effectively will take someone out of the fight, but not forever.

The Trauma Kit NOW! can supplement or replace a typical Individual First Aid Kit. Serving as an essential traumatic first aid kit for the modern warrior that, reminiscent of old warrior movies, screams Its only a flesh wound! Due to endless unit or personal needs, the Trauma Kit NOW! is offered in two sizes medium or large. The TKN consists of two main components the outer MOLLE attachable shell featuring our lightweight, durable Helium Whisper backing and the removable inner supply chassis.

The outer pouch is made of durable 500d Cordura with side flaps on the sides to protect the contents on the inside. The pouch is slightly tapered to make for easy removal, despite how full or empty the inner chassis may be. Loop fastener is on the front to secure the top flap attached to the inner chassis. A single column of MOLLE can hold a Helium Whisper pistol pouch for an emergency mag, flashlight, or multi-tool, or our Tourniquet NOW! Strap, keeping all of your medical essentials in one place.

The inner chassis is deployed by pulling the reinforced tab up and out of the outer pouch, unfolding itself making the secured contents easily visible and accessible. A flap on the outer pouch has been eliminated to reduce the possibility of snags when seconds can mean life and death. Six rows of various sized heavy duty elastic neatly hold the Trauma Kit Refill Kit or user determined medical equipment secure to a stiffened back and front sides. Once out of the outer pocket, the top flap of the chassis can be closed and secured with hook and loop points to keep unit closed to pass off or even throw to a teammate in need.

"Great pouch. While expensive, my experience with this pouch has been phenomenal. It is incredibly durable and stores everything I need in it. Be sure to read through the

Durability:
After a few games and getting beat up a bit, this pouch has no visible damage on it. It is very well-constructed and I can expect this to last a while. It consists of two parts, being the outer casing and an inner section which also holds the flap.

Storage:
I have plenty of gauze, bandages, tape, nitrile gloves, a multitool, isopropyl alcohol, a couple of EpiPens, and a few other things. The pouch is lined with MOLLE loops for any storage of tools, small bottles, or other hard objects.

Weatherproofing:
This pouch is not waterproof but has protected the contents from rain. It has two flaps on the sides which further protect it by tucking them under the main flap. I wouldn't recommend that you put it through heavy rain, however.

Included contents:
The pouch includes two cards with different designs on each side. The two cards are:
-black/blue
-Silver hexagon (with a blue background)/White

Packaging:
It is packaged in a plastic bag and has a nice white holder for it.

Usage: (Note: You will need a good reach of the pouch for the best use of it.)

This pouch does not rip away. Instead, you will need to remove the aforementioned inner section. This is relatively easy, but if you don't grip both ends of the inner pouch, you may just rip out the entire inner flap and dump all supplies into the outer section. You will find it easier to mount this in a location where you have view of the other side, which is a small loop hole(about 1" in diameter) that sticks out just a bit. Grab both ends and pull the entire pouch out, which allows you full access of the entire pouch and all contents inside. The side with the loop hole also has loop velcro on it, allowing you to secure the flap over it while the inner pouch is out of the outer pouch.
