"I bought it, first time I had it the spring on the bolt was very weak and it broke but Evike Compted me and I've been using it ever since. I love this gun now and I am working on buying more stuff for it. Very good and not a bad option.

"Performance very similar to a Krytac (I've owned about 6 or 7 Krytacs). Range and accuracy are pretty standard for am AEG. Externals feel very well made. I was only able to fit a very skinny long 7.4 lipo battery, stick type, just so you know!

"Great gun, I won this in the 2024 Spring Edition Swagg Pack. It's accurate to the real gun where the upper is metal and the lower is polymer and how it is around the same weight. I love the features it has such as the cheek rest adjuster and locking bolt. My one complaint is that the bolt can sound a little scratchy but that's it.
I also love the snack compartment in the stock!

"I recorded footage of me using this and will be making a video of me using it and when I was recording my first game with it, I was killing it. I totally underestimated the performance of this gun when it comes to long range. It performs quite well at distances up to and maybe beyond a hundred feet. Even with a 370 fps. I used .28 bbs and it was getting me distance with accuracy. I still plan to upgrade the barrel with 363mm Prometheus tight bore barrel and maple leaf bucking and nub 70. That will maximize my accuracy and distance with it. The hard case is cool. More airsoft guns should come like this. Come with a nice metal mid cap mag. Cleaning rod was there and a manual loader for the mag was in the case with it. All around feels great. Good weight, high quality build for sure. Biggest problems with it is taking apart. It is unlike many of the other SCARs on the market so good luck finding a video that will teach how to get the inner barrel out and how the upper and lower receiver comes apart. I been trying to dissect how the gun is put tougher and only figure how to separate the upper from the lower and get access to the gear box but still not sure how to get to the inner barrel separated from the outer. It seems like they really don’t want anyone taking this thing apart cause it’s really difficult to do so. But that is a down side when new guns like this come into the market and are redesigned. Make sure to get a long stick battery for this gun like ones used in AKs cause the smaller rectangle batteries that are wider do not fit. They even say it in the Evike review video. Otherwise all around awesome gun to add to my collection and will probably rebuild the internals or have someone rebuild the internals on my gun. I can’t say I would recommend this SCAR over any other ones since idk too much about other brands like VFC, but all I can say is this one is built pretty well but just not a lot of info on how to take it apart is out there. So be aware if you get his hoping to rebuild it yourself and you do know how to take it apart. Even the basic thing liek replacing the barrel and bucking seems very difficult. If anyone can help me out with that and send me somewhere that may no how to get access to the barrel and bucking let me know because I can only separate the lower and upper and the outer barrel is stuck to the inner. It isn’t like a M4 platform that’s for sure.

"My only real issue with this gun is the pistol grip is really wobbly. It'll probably eventually fall off. I tried to tighten the screws but they are 4 really small and short screws and they may have been stripped already. Really weak system there. Hopefully I can replace it in the future.
Other than that, it comes with a hard case which is kinda cool, but I'm going to use a soft bag anyways.
You also need a very specific battery to fit. look for matrix 11.1 stick type battery 1200ma 20c deans connection. it's the only one that'll fit.
Shoots decent, rate of fire could be better on full auto tho. Needing a separate 63 dollar unit just to program the gear box fire selection is kinda lame too.

"One of the biggest regrets I've ever purchased.
I got this gun for Christmas in 2024, and since then, I've had nothing but problems since LITERAL day one. Not even hours after I unwrapped this thing the bolt release snapped right off and it hasn't worked since. Probably due to poor welding. SPEAKING OF WHICH, the bolt assembly is the root of all evil when it comes to this gun. The screws have a tendency to twist out while still in the receiver and lodge the bolt inside, preventing it from moving.
FINALLY the bolt came loose when I got some threadlock to hold those screws in place. But when I was working on the gun, the spring between the front of the upper receiver and the bolt broke and now the charging handle will not return to the original position.
For the performance... its meh. Decent, but bad for the price. Proprietary gearbox and you can't even program it without an aftermarket programming device. Seriously? The ROF is pretty nice though, and trigger response is as well. Not worth the money. whatsoever.
Take away? DO NOT BUY THIS HUNK OF JUNK!!!!!! I'd suggest a gas blowback scar as they aren't nearly as bad as the AEGs. Much more fun and accurate as well. But the case it comes with is awesome but ONLY works for scars.

"Pistol grip fell off first game out. Took it to the field tech and was told the 4 screw holes were already stripped and there was no fix outside of permanently gluing the grip on. Before that happened accuracy wasn’t good, the inner barrel/hop unit channel allows a lot of slop for the inner barrel to shift within the outer, causing BBs to rarely shoot completely straight. External build quality is pretty good, other than the stock. It wobbles at the base and extends/retracts without depressing the button.
As others have said, this gun shoots much lower velocity than advertised. Chronoed around 330 FPS with .20g with the heavier spring (default) installed.
Battery compartment is tiny, and you have to have the battery installed nearly perfect or otherwise you cannot access the hop up adjustment.
Maybe mine was just a quality control lemon, but i definitely do not feel this gun is worth the price. An extremely disappointing purchase. The only pros I would list is that the trigger is decent and the gearbox is very responsive with a 11.1v lipo. The case it ships with is pretty sweet
