"I highly recommend Guarder buckings. I've used one of their black buckings in my rifles since I started playing, and I don't intend on changing that now.

I even use one in my 550 fps sniper rifle. Love that thing to death, as it hits everything I put my cross hairs on without fail (as long as its in range, anyway). Guarder buckings are also durable as hell. My last one finally died on me the other day after a several thousand rounds at high FPS, and I'm now on the hunt for another one.

"Great bucking for AEGs (works great in my M4). I wouldn't recomend it for a 580 fps sniper rifle though haha. I blew the bucking up with mine!!
