"Hey when they said large bicep not included, they are telling you that it is large bicep size. As a teen with small biceps and arms, the one size fits most doesn't apply. Way to big for a skinny lad like myself, if you are swole then buy this. The patch space is good, color (red) is visible, I'll probably just stuff it with something to make it fit.
