"This AK is top tier quality. This is my first AK, however, compared to some others I've held before, this is the heftiest, sturdiest AK I've held. The externals are great, on mine though one button to release the folding stock is kinda rusty, but not too bad. This comes pretty greased up, so I took a few Q tips and cleaned it. The barrel is greasy too, but not too bad. It is also very hefty and heavy, so probably not good for younger or weaker players. Internally, It's nice out the box too, haven't opened the gearbox yet. It seems to have a ROF around 18-10 RPS with a 11.1v 20c battery. Two other minor things, not complaints, but comments. 1. is the motor was a tad loose and made pop sounds or bounce sounds, Since this is my first AK I am not to sure if this common with V3 Gearboxes. 2. They can rust, you can either let nature take its course, or clean it. The only major cons to me are The mags they accept, the only mags that have seemed to work with right out of box is E&L mags, LCT LCK Mags work, BUT you might have to sand them slightly, or majorly depending. Lastly the trigger is a bit mushy, this could be a con to you, but I kind of like the feel, and you could just switch it out or upgrade if you want, since there are nearly no proprietary parts.
For upgrades, definitely motor or mosfet first.

"Really solid feeling gun. My unit came with a fairly corroded barrel that needed to be cleaned before used. Would definitely serve well as a platform for upgrades.

"Great gun runs well with good batteries. Great ak for the price. If you are trying to external mod it out avengers will fit and lct will fit with some sanding. The only complaint I have is that the triger pull is quite long and goes into the grip a bit. Nothing that can’t be fixed but it’s a definitely annoying when it James from a half trigger pull. Overall great gun would recommend.
