Mechlabs brings you the Nexxus series engine for the M4/AR15 platform. The Nexxus is a full mechanical engine capable of firing in semi-automatic and full automatic with flip of the selector. No need for batteries just hook up your HPA tank and you are ready to rock. It also boasts an ultra fast trigger pull and is very efficient on air up to 3000+ shots with a full 48/4500 tank. The Nexxus engine comes ready to attach to your external HPA regulator set up but if you'd like to run a shoulder stock tank we have a kit that has a regulator built in. Disclaimer on High Pressure Air (HPA) Systems:
HPA Tanks are a safe and effective source of power though there are some precautions you must follow. Please follow these proper precautions when using HPA systems:
  • NEVER put oil in the fill valve of the tank, or else the tank can combust on refill and serious injury can occur. Lubrication is not necessary in HPA systems.
  • ONLY allow properly trained professionals to fill your HPA tank.
  • ALWAYS double check your Regulator pressure. Never raise the regulated pressure above 120 PSI.
  • Make sure to have your tank Hydro-Tested when necessary (Usually 3-5 years from date marked on tank, depending on make and model).
  • Be sure to properly transport your HPA tank. Store in a safe, secured place when in a vehicle, and be sure to stow in a bag or tank cover when in use. Avoid dropping the tank on hard surfaces as this can seriously damage the tank and lead to failure.
  • Always turn off the tank and bleed the air line when you are done. This will ensure a longer tank and system lifespan.

"Put this in a brand new m4 build, I absolutely love it. Nothing really to adjust. No batteries to die. The trigger feels good. I was going to buy a f2 with titan trigger but I went with this and am so glad I did. I have about 5-6k bbs through it and no issues yet. I was using 0.32g bbs and switched to 0.4g bbs and with a little tweeting of the hopup it shoots lasers. My 1 tip is don't use an ambi safety with the gear on the safety because it will not work. You can grid the teeth off the gear to make it work or do like I did and switch to a non ambi safety and it works great.
