The first one I got is 0.9J out of box. Thus Evike gave me a replacement for free.
The new one is 1.4J out of box, 1.93J(M140 speed) with a SHS M120 spring. The Acturus magic is for real lol.
Gotta test it next week or two to see if it is still as accuracy as the 0.9J one I got

"This is one great gun to dominate indoors or outdoors. Though I got the 8inch SBR version to run indoors mainly its been a beast. Was able to keep up with HPA bros so that tells you this AEG is no slouch. Get you one!!!!!

"Great M4. I was concerned about the fps, as my field limit is 400fps, but it chrono-ed at ~395 with .20s. I ran the Sword with .25s and was deadly accurate. Though I must say that the ambi controls got in the way a few times (the left handed bolt release and left handed fire selector). And I don't know if it's the mags or the hop up, but the gun will skip shots and/or misfire when running anything lighter than a .25. But overall very impressed with this rifle.

"Great gun. Quality in every way is exceptional, and it shoots like a dream. Highly recommend this for an intermediate player. The 8" model is extremely compact, almost could be a secondary. Accuracy did not take a noticable hit for the small length. The body is a high strength polymer. I was at first very skeptical of this term, as I've had negative experiences with it. However, this is a very durable build, and I'm not at all nervous of taking it on the field. The handguard is a very nice aluminum I believe. The sights are really nice as well. The stock had a tiny amount of wobble, but that is to be expected. Easily repaired with a small strip of electrical tape around the buffer tube.

Pros:
Durable
Great internals
No defects of any kind
Compact and maneuverable
Extremely customizable (hardware, software, and externals)
Comes with replacement barrel attachment. I think its a flash hider.

Cons:
Paint on the reciever is scratchable, so be careful with abrasive objects/tools
Arcturus magazine is a tad loose, I like running my Specna mags
Orange tip is tough to remove, but that is normal for most guns
Slight wobble on stock, easily compensated by a bit of tape. This is normal for many airsoft guns these days.

"Okay right out of the box, the gun is a beast. and with an 11.1 lipo and tuning of the mosfet its even crazier. Arcturus continues to a stellar company who makes excellent replicas. However I ran into some issues with my gun. I mostly play indoors so I'm strictly semi auto only. Spamming semi it made the motor really HOT really quick. Turns out after some discussion with the Arcturus's great customer service I found it was a weak motor connection. The connector even snapped. However, It was a relatively easy fix. I just ordered a new connector and soldered the wiring together.
Works beautifully now and has been my go to for field days.

Pros:
- Good company with great customer service
- Excellent replica with excellent performance that you cant go wrong with.
- Programmable Mosfet adds deep customization to make the gun perform and compete with most HPA guns

Cons:
- Weak connector is a fixable issue but still not great to have to deal with right off the bat.
- Ambidextrous fire selector is by far the worst part of the gun. Makes assembly and disassembly unnecessarily tedious.
- Mock charging handle, bolt catch and bolt release feel gimmicky on AEGs and are annoying to deal with if they don't work.
- Magazine is okay with some feeding issues. PTS EPM mags are still my go to.
