Matrix X CYMA GSG Licensed Tactical GSG-16 Airsoft AEG Sub Machinegun (Model: 350 FPS / LiPo Battery & Charger Package)

"I've had this SMG for a year now, and it has held up beautifully.

The only slight downside (after the previously mentioned TIGHT battery space) is the plastic clip that anchors the handguard to the body of the gun.

It's a tiny TINY hook, and not terribly sturdy. I ended up swapping the whole handguard out for a 3d printed one that looks like an SD guard, and also provides for more battery space.

I uprated the spring just a bit, but other than that it's accurate, a nice compact package, and has handled everything I could throw at it with minimal upkeep. From 95*f summer to -15*f winter- and snow, rain, dust, and the general banging around that comes from playing airsoft.

Pros:
Shoots great, pinpoint accurate at 50-75 feet.
No issues finding mags to fit. Mid caps and high caps i own from Marui, JG, Matrix, Umarex all fit.
Great weight.
Amazing maneuverability.
Good fps ranging between 340-360.

Cons:
Battery space in the hand guard is a little tricky to work with at first.

Currently the gun is shooting at
~355 FPS with 0.20g BBs
~335 FPS with 0.25g BBs
~320 FPS with 0.28g BBs
out of the box with stock internals. This was confirmed on my Matrix chronograph

"Got it as my first gun, It works well and looks nice. My only complaint is that the battery compartment is a bit small, but it gets easier the more you do it. The material is ok, not bad not great. I give it a 4/5 stars. I still cant figure out what the stock rail is for though.

"The recommended battery is slightly over size, so you need to use 7.4 volt and buy the converter( adapter) connector. for both 350FPS and 400 FPS.
For the dollars is OK but the converter will make you pay a little bid more. But you can use a cutter to make your own battery connection. Also if you want a high cap mag, make sure the loading door closed good.
