"I selected the EMG Helios 2011 Stacatto XL (CO2) with Master Grip, for the aggressive texturing. The ergonoic design makes operating features easy to access and manipulate, trigger is excellent, and the slide functions smoothly. Pellets are easy to speed load into the enlarged slot, and the pellets feed flawlessly. Mag insertion is facilitated by the oversized funneled mag well. The mags seat and lock positively, and drop freely as well. The sound is louder than a typical airsoft pistol, and recoil is very snappy, resembling that of a .22LR pistol. However, it increases gas consumption and limits the 12g cylinders to about 2 1/2 reloads for the 25 rnd capacity CO2 mags. It points well, and the balanced weight makes for a steady hold.

Holsters are hard to find, so I included the CYTAC, Amomax Universal holster with the order. The Kyvek style holster operates smoothly, but I prefer OWB leather holsters with a retention strap. The Stacatto 2011 does fit in a VlaMiTex B25 model holster, which is also compatible with the Sig P320/M17; however, the muzzle of the long slide Stacatto protruded from the bottom, which causes the tall front sight to snag. Other holsters I tried that fit.it the Sig P320 are too tight for for the Stacatto.

The Stacatto 2011 is set up for optics and primarily as a target gun, for which it is well suited. I also have a Tokyo Marui 5.1 Hi Capa Silver Model double stack 2011 for GGB only. The magscare interchangeable, but while the Stacatto is available in CO2/GGB or GGB only, the Tokyo Marui is also GGB only, but it features low adjustable sights, making it more compatible for holster fitment.

My personal preference for the Stacatto is the CO2 version for its crisp firing sensation and higher fps. Both the CO2 and Green Gaa versions are outfitted the same, and both are optic ready, If going for a GGB, I prefer the Tokyo Marui for the adjustable sights. Otherwise they're both relatively comparable.

The only negative thoughts are the higher sights which makes holster selection diffucult, and the CO2 consumption. However, the Stacatto is designed as an accurate target gun with realistic functioning. Considering the CO2 use, at $0.75 per 12g cylinder, it's still only $0.40 per 25 rnd mag, or about 1 1/2 cents per shot, compared to 10 cents a shot for .22LR, and you can shoot the airsoft in the basement or back yard.

I was so impressed, I bought two more, one for my son and a nephew, and the Tokyo Marui for a brother, when Evike offered a sale.

"Such a fun pistol!

Pros: realistic weight. Shoots straight with .28s out of the box. I put a red dot on it and looks awesome. Great grip.

Cons: some screw needed thread locker cause they came loose. Fiber optic came out after a few shot but is incredibly easy to replace. Kinda hard to find a holster for extended slides

10 outa 10 would recommend.

"I am absolutely amazed by this gun! I got this almost a week ago and I used it in a game the other day and it surpassed my expectations. It has a nice weight to it, great range, very accurate, and is built well and sturdy. If you are a fan of Staccato look no further.

overall 5 stars for reliability and performance. A must have gun. GET IT! :)
