Krytac Alpha CRB-M Airsoft AEG Rifle (Model: Foliage Green / Combat Ready Package)

"If you are new to Airsoft and do not feel you are going to be playing very often, this is a great gun that can take a beating and will be reliable for years to come. RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! If you are a beginner or experienced player and know you will be playing often, you are going to find out very quickly there is much to be desired in terms of performance. My suggestion would be to get is to get a Trident MKII or MK III, as you will get a more responsive AEG out of the box. While I do have a more expensive/customized AEG I still come back to this AEG for play more regularly than I thought I would. There is just something about the feel and balance of a Krytac.

- Retro Arms CNC Machined Aluminum Rotary Hop-Up Unit for M4 Series AEGs (Kept stock bucking and nub)
- Prometheus 6.03 EG Tight Bore Inner Barrel by Laylax (Model: Krytac Special Edition / 280mm)

Pros:
- Krytac reliability and durability you have come to know, and love is second to none.
- Low maintenance and runs like a beast even in dry/dusty and hot weather environments.
- I now understand why everyone raves about the quality of Krytac gearboxes
- Krytac magazines are awesome and use them in other M4 setups.
- Full metal externals. Dropped several times, no chipping.
- Upgrades made a huge difference in accuracy.

Cons:
- It appears the only way to upgrade motor is to also upgrade MOSFET unless you use Krytac 30k.
- Can not get different gears to work without having to shave/trim the gearbox, kept stock 18:1’s
- Can be finicky with aftermarket parts like cylinders, cylinder heads, and pistons.

Future Potential Upgrades:
- JeffTron Scylla Airsoft Drop-In Model: V2 or JeffTron Leviathan Airsoft Drop-In Type: V2 Optical
- T238 Brushless Basic 25k or Warhead Industries "BASE" 20k or 27k

barrel- Tightbore Barrel (6.03-6.05mm) i used - Prometheus 6.03 EG Tight Bore Inner Barrel for Airsoft AEG by Laylax BOUGHT IT AT EVIKE

and installed GATE TITAN II Bluetooth Drop-In MOSFET

it is a expensive upgrade (everyone has a different budget)

"got one of these from the Saint patty day box of awesome so 240$ . I would have been happy even paying full price 350$ for this thing. Took it to a game for the first time this weekend and it’s jus a laser. Was playing against some hpa builds an I didn’t feel out ranged or out gunned at all. All I did was put in a 407mm barrel covered with suppressor and it was out ranging pretty much all the other aegs at the field that day. Gotta say overall pleased with it. Cronoed a little low fps like 320-335 with .28g but it didn’t seem to matter thing was still a beast. ROF and trigger response amazing with 7.4 Titian power. Coating on the paint is really nice too, resistant to scratching a bit. We’ll see how it does the rest of the summer I may put in a 400 fps spring anyway just to see how far I can get this thing to shoot.

"I got this gun for Christmas and it is great I’m not new to airsoft and this gun is my primary the gun preforms great it has a decent rate of fire and has amazing rage even with the short barrel and low FPS it is a good base for building up

"This gun is insane. I purchased this and i’ve used it so much and had zero problems!! I’ve ran it for quite a while and the battery life is crazy good and accuracy is great. I have been able to reach out to super far distances and hit my shots. A very great gun and extremely upgradable! I would recommend for anyone that wants to add a great quality AR15/M4 to their arsenal! I’ve had no issues at all!

"Just got mine in today and I fell in love at first sight while unboxing. Feels great and ergonomic on grips. Instead of a HiCap, I got a midcap magazine which I was completely okay with! Took sometime to remove the orange tip with my hairdryer and tossed on a tracer unit. Shoots beautifully with the packaged 9.6v nimh battery. Going to toss in a Lipo later for sure!

"This gun is AWESOME. I have had it for 2 years now and it has never once let me down. The only reason it took me so long to write a review is I forgot and when I was looking back to find it in my history (to by 1 for my son) I saw the lin. THIS IS A MUST HAVE if you just want to shoot and have fun. about 10000 rounds through it and i only swapped out he spring for more fps.
