"Tldr: It's just OKAY for the price. Pistol might fall out of it.

Leather is of varying qualities for all 3 included items. (Holster, leather strap, leather strap with buckle)
Holster fits the M712 great HOWEVER it will not fit long mags, and will require the short flushed mag to holster the pistol loaded. Which is confusing, because the extra mag pouch is specifically designed for the long mags. Which is what I purchased.

My biggest concern was that the retention strap which is SUPPOSED to hold the pistol down, and prevent it from falling out, does NOT actually fit all the way around the handle of the pistol to buckle down. Now this might be fine considering the actual fit of the holster is perfect around the pistol itself, which means that it will basically take you being upside down or crawling backwards and snagging the pistol for that to be an issue. It's just a really big oversight that I would have HOPED be not left unnoticed when selling this product for 50$.
