Colt 100th Anniversary Licensed Full Metal M1911 A1 Airsoft CO2 GBB by KWC (Version: 370 FPS Version)

"I've had this for a few months and I have to say it is the most reliable gun I own. I've brought it to OPs with me where I've basically filled the insides with sand and it continued to perform flawlessly. All I had to do was re oil it and give it a quick wipe down. Indoors, this pistol has almost all the range you'll need with .3g BBs. I almost exclusively use it for CQB because of how effective it is. It kicks hard, hits harder, and gets about 4 mags per co2 cartridge. You will not regret this purchase.

"This is overall a great pistol. I bought it and for about a month it worked absolutely fantastic. Then, the piston cracked and wouldn't move back and forth properly. Luckily, my warranty was till good and I got a brand new one without having to pay for anything. Since then, the gun has been flawless. If you buy it make sure it is always clean and oiled because the C02 will not have any silicon oil in it.

"Just like the 350FPS one, works great. Our field allowed this M1911 using .25bbs, which seem perfect for the gun. The outer barrel has threads. CW 12mm if you can get the orange tip off, it's glued in pretty well. Works wonderful in the north eh! Two thumbs up & worth every $.

"Wonderful Gun, i payed 90$ for this a while ago and it is amazing, i have not used it in a game yet but my friend put an entire box (15 count) of Co2 through this in one night and no problems afterwards, i can put around 6-12 sets of 14 rounds through one Co2 cartridge .20g's are the best. great gun looks great with any american WW2/vietnam/Korea themed loadout. AND it does not wimp out near the end of a cartridge like my bb gun.

"Ok, first off, this gun is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING (I own it) Why so? Take into consideration these things:

a) you are paying only two thirds of what usually qualifies as a "quality" gun

b) the performance is (for the most part) not affected by temperature, unlike its green gas counterparts

c) it is full metal, therefore creating an aspect of realism not attributed to other such 1911's (springers)

d) it has laser engraved markings on it identical to the real thing

e) the blowback is mostly just a backwards motion and temperate, so as to allow for multiple, accurate shots to be fired, while still looking AWESOME

f) the included grip is both accurate to what the real gun has, and is grippy enough where you realistically don't need another one

g) the accuracy is accurate (redundant much redundant?) By this I mean that lets not forget that this IS only a sidearm, and as such, is meant to be used like one, as was the real deal

Okay, thanks for reading all that, basically you WILL NOT regret this purchase, nor have I. There are however a few minor Cons to this gun, but ones that SHOULD NOT change your mind:

a) the paint job will grow scratches over time, however this simply adds to the authenticity (to me) as it resembles battle damage

b) as previously stated, THIS IS NOT A PRIMARY!!!! This gun is not intended to be a primary, nor was the fps. (still great for pistol wars, and can rival the elite force TAC, which I also recommend)

c) occasionally the mag will not just drop out upon the first press, however during use this is not at all a problem, as it always drops right into your hand

d) (last one!!!) the mags are pretty dang expensive. (try a speed loader, 8$ Vs. 30$, plus more ammo storage)

"This was my first gbb pistol but I have used friends'. I went with this gun for two reasons: it's co2 powered, which is more available than green has, and I am a big fan of wwii, and this gun is definitely an icon from that period, with the trades and correct grips. The thing kicks hard! Harder than any pistol I've used at least. The reason being that co2 powers it, of course. Haven't had the opportunity to use it in extreme cold, only 50 degrees at the least, but I have a feeling it would perform just as well. Great gun, I would recommend this and any other co2 powered gbb to any and everybody.

Disclaimer: the barrel on mine was not the chrome shown in the picture. I prefer it in the same grey as the gun because then it is more period correct and it won't give away your position.

"I absolutely love this pistol without a doubt. Although it is my first GBB pistol, it is not the first I have handled.

The details in replicating the real 1911 are seriously unreal. Absolutely perfect to the original sidearm. The Colt licensed markings just make it that much more unbelievable.

I would recommend this pistol to ANYONE looking for a GBB pistol.

"This is an awesome pistol! it is my sidearm for all the ops I do and it never fails me. Ive had 2 so far. The first one lasted me a year of very heavy use. It broke but I think its a matter of airsoft guns don't last forever. Ive had the second one for about 3 months so far and its going strong! If you like the classic colt .45 than this is the gun for you.

"This is by far the absolute greatest airsoft pistol I have ever owned, and probably the most fun to shoot. I have about 10 different types of gbb pistols and trust me, this one takes the cake. This exemplifies what I have always to be a 10/10 airsoft pistol. It embodies all the traits necessary to be not only a great replica, but a simulation/training tool as well. The blowback is crisp and recoil surprisingly strong, the recoil spring enjoyingly stiff, the gun never runs out of propellant before you finish the mag, it is extremely accurate, and EVERYTHING is metal - some pistols claim to be full metal (like KWA gbbs) but actually have plastic barrels and weak guide springs, which ruin the pistol. This gun is absolutely perfect. And to top it all off, it's only $100! Amazing! This is the aston martin of airsoft pistols!

"Hey Airsofters,

This is the BEST airsoft pistol i've ever had! I have had almost 4+ years of airsoft experience (field and op play) and this is the biggest surprise yet. It shoots remarkable! This chronos at about 330-350 fps so its perfect for field. I have had this gun for 2 years now and nothing has failed. The blowback is crisp and precise. It also field strips very easy for cleaning. The dovetail safety is also functional. My only complaint is that the mag holds only 17 rounds :( The colt trademarks look fantastic on the gun. The ability to use c02 instead of green gas is great as co2 is more available to the average person. Overall this is one of the closest airsoft 1911s to the real one. It looks, and is weighted very realistic. I would match this against an ATP.

"Terrific pistol, I've had it for EXACTLY year now, got it for the Christmas of 2010, I've found that it is perfect with .25g BB's and some good ol' green gas. Mine has some nice blemishes on it from the past drops on concrete and other scratchy surfaces, but hey that gives it character. This is an amazing pistol, you can't go wrong with getting this pistol honestly, I've had it for a year and it has yet to fail me in any circumstance.

"This is a great pistol! I have been looking for a classic 1911 for a long time, and this is what I was looking for. It shoots very accurately, and with all of the upgrades already set in, there are no downsides to this gun. It comes with one green gas/propane magazine with it. It is full metal, minus the pistol grip and a few internals.

"Does this take co2 mags? It says on the site that it does but some dude here says it doesn't. Also can someone tell me everything that comes with this purchase?
