Open Box Item - A Mystery Airsoft Gun with value over $140

"I received a near new in box lever action model 1892. It is missing a crucial peice though, which is the "speed" loader too feed BBs into the gun. Without it it is very hard and takes forever to fill the gun up. Also didn't come with instructions but whatever. I will resell this gun anyways since I already have one. Overall I didn't get the worst gun but nowhere near the best on the list.

"Just got the Chrono Blaster. Package came in at 10.4 pounds but I bought a t-shirt with it. From the looks of the rifle its absolutely unused besides one sticker mark but all the other stickers are there. Everything was in the box except instructions and the cheap battery all guns come with. Haven't hooked it up and fired it or tested anything but it looked to be in great shape. Definitely a rare gun and looks great. No wobble or creaking whatsoever. Feels very solid and well built. Feels a bit bulky but that's the MA5B for ya. I will probably sell it but it's looks to be a great gun. This is a great deal for a $650+ gun. I personally would have preferred to get the AK5C, stoner, m60,or of course the shell ejecting barret. These mystery open boxes are a great deal if you like gambling and getting more for your money, but you may not like the style of the guns you get.

"Got the last open box in stock, and ended up with a Chrono Blaster. No extra mags and no manual included, so I had to look at reviews on youtube to figure out how to operate the gun. Rubber's a bit damaged and tacky.

Still a solid gun, and I look forward to trying it out.

"Got the DYTAC Pistol 10" Black Jack M4 Carbine Airsoft AEG Rifle. Not bad considering the box was $150 and this gun retails for $245. Was hoping for more, but cant complain.

"I was ok with my purchase I got a relovor and wasn't a fan of it but my friend loves it and gave me the 60 for it and I plan to get the next box when it comes out along with 2 others for my boys and I can't be happier to have a a great airsoft store like evike to get my guns from.

Out of the box it looked nice with no signs of wear, it shot great I'm am very impressed and would give this a 10/10
The only thing is that when I shot it the glue hold the orange tip gave out shootin the orange tip across my yard
But other than that I am very impressed and would recommend to any one wanting a Gbb airsoft pistol

"5 of our guys bought this mystery box and not one of them were disappointed one got an mp44 a few for m4s. The only problem was the mp44s woof stock had stripped screws. 30 minutes later and longer wood screws fixed the issue.

"Very happy with getting an APS ACP 601 for $65. It was a bit scratched, but it came in the original box and it is overall a nice gun. Did not come with a mag tool, but this is remedied by using a coin instead. I called Evike and they sent me a new mag tool, so no worries there. Not perfect quality gun as expected, but it should work perfectly!

"Got a new acp which is pretty legit, other than the fact that when i pull the slide back and release it it tends to jam.

"Last time I ordered one of these mystery open box pistol deals I got a WE Big Bird (M&P9).

There was very little surface ware to it and it included all of the parts including the original box. So I assume mine was just a return. The pistol worked great for the first few months of use but right as I decided to get more magazines for it the common problem with this gun occurred. When I put any mag into the pistol now it starts firing on full auto (has no auto setting on my model) and the slide is very hard to take off now.

I don't know much about tech work on GBB but I did notice a lot of ware around the sear on both the slide and around the catch. This tells me that either someone ordered another one and returned theirs as if it was new or the metal parts were just not up for the stress. Until this happened it was a great pistol and I actually enjoyed shooting it more than any of my other pistols or even some of my rifles.

I have a place that specializes in GBB pistols and rifles near me that I will have do an evaluation on it for me and after that I will either look into fixing ($? +/- labor), upgrading all parts that can be, which would replace the problem parts as well (~$120 +/- labor), or replacing the gun (~$90) if I can even find a new one some where, but that one may fail in the same way. I just loved it so much when it did work and I bought extra magazines that only work for it so it would be a waste to not do something.

TL;DR: Box was great, gun was great until it suffered its common failure after almost a year. When buying any mystery open box don't ever expect a brand new gun with no problems, but if it does not work you got 14 days to get it back to them.

"Received an aps acp 601 in some kind of tan camo, well built and looks very nice. Had some problems out of the box that I was able to fix with my very limited knowledge, slide was sticking like crazy at first but fixed it with some extra lubrication (gun came very lubed up but a couple of sprays got it sliding perfect.) and also gas was leaking out of the magazine after a few shots, holding fine know after I unscrewed the gas port at the top of the mag, lubed it, and screwed it back in tightly. Gun seems to be working fine now and I cant wait to field it!

"Got a aps apc 601 first gen . Kind of a hard gun to find in first gen .Slide was a little tight but some silicone oil fixed that right up . Mag it came with was good for the first 30 minits at my local field then the seals busted rendering the mag useless. Overall not a bad deal it was a 100 dollor gun for 75 bucks but i wish the mag seal hadn't blown in thirty minits . 4 out of 5 .

This is well worth the 150$.

The reason I'm not giving this a 5-star is simply because there's a LOT of variety in what you could be receiving.

"i got a m4 at 7.90 lbs its not great but its my first and it performs average it does not weigh much and is made out of high quality polymer. i recomend this box thing to any first timer
