"This spring set was just what I needed to upgrade the stock set. I was on a budget and needed stronger springs for my elite force glock 17 due to the mock suppressor that I added. There are no videos to show you how to install these but it's actually quite easy. The flat metal bottom on the stock plastic guide rod can be pried off and the springs are then released. There is a slot on the rod where you can insert a stiff metal clip to pop off the flat metal piece holding the springs in.
