"This does in fact fit standard single magazine M4-style pouches.

It helps quickly put in your magazines if your pouch is having issues catching on tearing fabric like my pouch was.

If you need to adjust the height to be higher, you can stuff cloth or something underneath it. (This helped my mag raise above some torn fabric my mags were getting stuck on while putting them back in the pouch)

If you are reloading you need to bring the mag in at a slight angle, and not directly straight down, or it can get caught on the edge. Its simple to do with a couple of practice reloads.
