"It's a dump pouch. The velcro bit to "secure" anything that goes inside is mostly useless unless you're carrying something very big in it, because you can basically fit multiple m4 pouches out the gaps it leaves open on top, also means you can't really protect anything inside from inclement weather. Attaches just fine to standard MOLLE.

Use it to hold some bits and bobs in it, but unless they're extremely big, it's not gonna be snug, so don't be doing barrel rolls or much crawling with it.
