It’s smaller than expected. The opening is a little over 32mm so if you want to use an internal suppressor you will have limited options.

"I purchased the 11.5 fatty after reading a review that it was smaller and lighter than expected but I guess my expectations were too great for this fatty daddy because it’s quite beefy and heavy. The barrel nut is actually steal and the rail itself while very wide, the inner dimension didn’t change at all from a standard thinner rail. They literally added material to give it it’s fatty look which turns out to be its biggest negative feature because what no one is mentioning is that standard mlok screws DON’T fit on the side or bottom rails. You will have to source just the right size screw as to be long enough to lock in to the thickened side walls but short enough not to hit your outter barrel. Moreover the retaining tabs at the top that secure it from twisting were too narrow for my upper receiver. Keep in mind the barrel nut needs to be timed just right as the rail screws into it so make sure you have barrel nut shims to mount correctly on your receiver.

A couple of stars as It does “look” nice with good trade markings. That’s about it.
