"My favorite thing to listen to music on my Ipod.
The sound suppression regulating system is great! I can tune things out and tune it up so I'm able to hear normally. I can even tune it up and down while listening to music.
The most important thing is that it protects my hears, looks tactically awesome, and I can still listen to my surroundings.
The only con is that the sound quality isn't the greatest and you can't regulate volume with the head phones.
Overall, I very much recommend these head phones!
