Made for the UMAREX GLOCK17 gas blowback series. The combination of set grub screws and high strength aluminum alloy outer barrel make for a highly stable shooting platform. Choose between a non-threaded outer barrel cap for normal use, or a 14mm CCW threaded muzzle cap for infinite attachments. The outer barrel is also negatively threaded so 11mm positive threaded attachments can slide right in!

"Non-recoiling" - What does it mean?
The non-recoiling outer barrel sets the inner barrel using 2 grub screws in order to fix the outer and inner barrels together. This creates a stable firing platform and reducing all movement between the outer barrel and slide. Consistent performance, stable accuracy and velocity.

"First of all this is for Gen. 4 and older Umarex Glocks it seems and it does say that on the package, but I did not know that and got it along with a Gen. 5 Glock 17. It does still work but you will need to modify the hop-up housing to fit the outer barrel properly in the pistol. That aside it looks and works great and the option to have both a threaded outer barrel as well as a regular crowned outer barrel is great. Modifying the hop up on my pistol isn’t an issue for me and I may just upgrade it entirely later on so no worries for me, but if you don’t want to modify either the outer barrel or your hop-up housing and you have a Gen. 5 G17 I’d look elsewhere for an outer barrel. If you have a Gen. 4 go for it it’ll work great!
