"Fit is a little wonky on my 6mm ProShop helmet but using the included velcro tabs I just stretched the helmet tabs as far as they would go and hardheaded them there, keeps it nice and tight. If you plan on spraying it the paint adheres just fine. Overall a pretty good helmet cover just wish it had more velcro on the back
