"I wanted to get an ar-15 at first, but I realized that with my current situation it would be hard to find the time and money to shoot as much as I would like.
So I turned to airsoft, ive been playing since 2009, and have owned about 11 different platforms and 15 diffferent guns. I have 3 gbbrs before I bought this one, we MSK, WE ak PMC, and WE scar L closed bolt, none of which have came close to in terms of quality.
I have to say, at first I thought the price tag for this gun ($270) was a mistake, if you look at any of the other gbbr that runs on the WA platform the cheapest you can really fine is the challenge kits, and those come with the most basic parts that you can get for only 50$ cheaper. the amount of value you are getting for this gun is ridiculous, if you were to buy all the parts individually for this gun it would run u well over $400.
Now price aside the quality of the gun is amazing, I am used to WE quality so i wasn't really expecting anything super nice out of the box, but this gun not only an outstanding deal but ive never had an airsoft gun feel so tight with the tolerances on top of that the quality in all of the included parts, stock, charging handle, rail, flash suppressor, magazine, qd sqivel, stubby grip, and pistol grip. all of the parts on it (aside from the poly sights which are still very nice) are as close to real steel quality that you can get. not only does this gun feel like the real thing the internals, mainly the trigger assembly, almost mirrors a real ar-15. An AMAZING alternative if you are looking to get familiar with the ar-15 platform. As well, u can swap certain parts from the WA platform to real steel so if u want a training rifle to go with your existing AR it is a very good option.
Lastly the gun runs like a watch. At first i had some issues with feeding out of the mag it came with it but after about 100+ rounds it started to wear itself in and run flawlessly. the mag has little to no wobble while in the gun, it also shoots very straight i haven't even touched the hopup yet since i have yet had the need too, i also haven't chronoed it either.
The only complaint I have thus far with the rifle, is that i bought a king arms 40rd mag for it and it has some feeding issues that i havent sorted i am almost positive it is because it doesnt sit properly when it is in the gun but that is nothing i am too concerned about i can most likely fix it. ALSO i took apart the trigger assembly for fun and the bearings that are supposed to lock in with the hammer do not for some reason so it was very hard to get back together but if you loose them or cant put them back together Evike sells ones that will lock in for about 11$ and if u spend 14$ more you can get a fully cnc'd hammer with roller bearings but i have looked on forums and apparently that specific hammer has issues in G&P's so be wary.
"I am very please with this gun.
issues:
-charging handle latch broke the first hour fresh off the box
-fresh off the box, magazine has leaks and felt like the air was just going through it. But it just needs a little love ( just lube it )
-bolt carrier can wear out fast and may cause problems with the bolt catch not working after firing the last round (i fixed this by cutting/sanding the worn out part of the bolt carrier)
-muzzle doesn't fit, but managed to get it on just by adding electrical tape (be creative)
overall, i am very pleased with this carbine. especially after installing the metal flash hider that behaves like a tuning fork! it resonates after each shot
"The gun is really cool with solid quality, but the metal flash hider that comes with it doesn't even fit. It's at least 4mm too large, and there was no adapter in the box. Not sure why it even came with it.
