Installation is straightforward but requires some tools that you may not have: small Phillips head screw driver, very small allen wrench, source of heat to release Loctite secured components, a small drift punch or nail with the point filed off, perhaps a fine tooth file and a tool to remove the valve spring cover (I made one by cutting a slot in the blade of an old screwdriver). If you have all of the tools ready installation takes about as long as the video, around 15 minutes.
And install all of the springs to achieve the maximum benefit.
