"I purchased this product for specific use with my Krytac MK2 lower receiver.
Unfortunately, I'm disappointed to report back that this part does NOT WORK WELL WITH KRYTAC MK2 RECEIVERS.
The threaded base that the extended finger lever fastens to is not deep enough to sink into the oval shaped receiver hole, thus the entire lever spins around 360 degrees once installed as the oval shape is not holding the lever in correct orientation.
also, the shape of the extended lever interferes with some of the molded metal not he MK2 Krytac lower and prevents the lever from fully depressing to allow a full magazine drop.
I've rated this part a 5 however, because the machining looks great and the product itself seems great for other receivers.

"Easy installation and works like a charm on my G&P.
Wish Angel custom will release a red color version of this soon!
For the guy below, the spacer is needed for some guns with off spec like PTS / KWA.

"Fitted to a Specna Arms Rock River Arms Edge 2 LAR-15.
Pros:
-fit with no modifications
-it functions-ish
Cons:
-The paddle is very thin. Yes, it's low profile, but it feels flimsy.
-The two-piece button/paddle allows for the paddle to rotate despite having tightened the screw. When this happens, it disables the button from depressing. IMO, it should be one solid piece with a longer button shaft.

"I was pretty disappointed because when i bought this custom part i was very excited to attach it to my krytac trident m4 but when i got the part i tried to put it on and after 30 min realized that when it says that it fights m4 thats not completely true. Its a very good part but it does not fit a krytac.

"Brace yourself for a real review
I like reviewing these sort of unique products to inform people to best of my knowledge what they can expect from them. So here is the Angel custom 100% CNC machine extended mag release.
I was looking to upgrade from the standard small M4/M16 style magazine release button to this much larger extended mag release sold at evike.
Came in a nice Angel Custom package with 2 different size screws to screw into a magazine catch, 2 screws to bolt down the extended button, a spacer ring (not sure what its for) , a small release button to screw the button on, and of course the extended button itself. Build quality is good and has a nice textured surface to reduce finger slip. I wouldve liked some instructions for instillation because installing was a bit confusing.
I started by screwing down the small 3 hole mag release button but noticed right away it was much thinner than regular mag release buttons. With the extended button screwed on, it wouldnt fully press in to eject the magazine because of its shorter length. So instead I took the whole thing apart and screwed the small 3 hole button onto the standard m4 button. The action now worked but the button stuck way out since there are literally two layers of mag release buttons on each other (can be shortened with dremel). Not to mention, since the thinner 3 hole button is screwed on the surface of the standard button with one screw, it would twist by the bump of a finger (can be fixed with superglue) unless screwed real tight potentially stripping the screw.
Long story short, this little piece requires some problem solving for it to work properly. But with all problems aside, this mag release button does work and feel a whole lot better than a standard m4 button. Pressing the button even with gloves on is a piece of cake and can make reloads a lot quicker than having your index finger look for the smaller mag release (only a problem with gloves).
Pros:
Cool custom look
Large and extended for an easy press
Makes reloading with gloves A LOT better
Metal and sturdy
Cons:
No instructions
Confusing instillation
Button wiggle is more noticeable with extended button
Custom modification most likely necessary
A bit overpriced
Overall if you're willing to pay the price to figure out how to install this thing, i say go for it. It adds a unique touch to an AR platform and makes for quick easy reloads. I honestly don't think this button is worth $25 for the hassle you have to go through in order for the button to function properly.
It definitely doesn't deserve a 5 star for the reasons stated. I really want to give it a 4 star for its cool factor and function but again for the price and modifications needed for installation, it deserves a 3*** 1/2 star.
