"These things are awesome! If you want to wear a plate carrier but don't want to wear realistically weighted plates, you should still at least have these to promote the proper rigidity and structure the vest requires to be worn properly. In the years I've had these they have yet to accumulate a funk that requires major cleaning or even the need to be sprayed with Arrest my Vest type sprays. I would highly recommend these plates to anyone who wishes to use a plate carrier as their load bearing vest without the added discomfort of actual ballistic plates!

"These aren't as hard as they could be, they will bend in your carrier if you dont adjust it to accommodate the plates. But that being said, they're nice, they do add a stiffness that completes the look and they are pretty good quality.

"Good quality. I just bought a LBX 0300 and wanted to make sure I got the right plates.
Unfortunately, the dimensions listed on Evike are incorrect.

This medium measures 9 x 12 x 1.

Could most definitely be cheaper.
