"In my opinion, this looks so much better than the clear plastic insert for holo's.
Mine came with the corners bent, but it's a soft rubber, so that was easily fixed.
I could see how people could be concerned with the mesh visibility, but I don't think its very obstructing.
The material choice was really smart; it's not going anywhere unless you directly pull it out.
I usually don't write reviews, but this little thing is pretty cool.

"Love it work great. also it protected my 551 from a shot by a hpa so 5/5 stars must get if you love your holographic sight!

"I had to remove a lot of the outside with a utility knife for it to fit my holographic sight (just left two side flaps, and it fits snug). The mesh is also super dense, so it's difficult to see through the sight itself. If it saves my lens from a BB, then I guess it's done it's job, but I'd opt for the clear plastic one (ID: 16281) instead.
