The replica interceptor vest by Phantom is designed for those looking for a serious body armor vest for hard-core simulations and Airsoft gaming. It is modeled and designed after the interceptor vest widely used by military personnel all over the world. It features a rugged and durable build quality with MOLLE webbing for attaching all of the pouches you may possibly need.

History of the I.B.A. Vest:
The Interceptor Body Armor (IBA) system is a bullet-resistant vest originally used by US Armed Forces in the late 90's to the mid 2000's, seeing use up to around 2010. The IBA replaced the older 1980's era PASGT armored vests. The IBA OTV was initially produced in M81 Woodland Camo, but was also made in Coyote-brown for USMC units. M81 Woodland was later superseded by 3-color Desert Combat Pattern, followed by Universal Camo Pattern (also known as "ACU").

The IBA OTV featured the ability to hold SAPI plates, and had a Kevlar liners for added protection.

Includes: Interceptor replica vest, detachable collar with throat protector, shoulder pads, and groin protector

"This is a very good chest rig! I have been doing research for Navy SEALs for over a year now and this is actually something they wear

Pros:
_ very good
_ lightweight
_ blends in really well with Woodland Camo!
_ easy to tighten
_ Actually Navy SEALs wear this in woodland, jungles etc.
_ can hold allot of mags and better than a vest

Cons:
_ none

If you're thinking of buying this then don't hesitate and put it in you're cart now!

"I have owned this vest for over two years, and it has never let me down. It is extremely protective. It is a great vest if you plan to play in a CQB field with no minimum engagement distance (my closest airsoft field is this way). It is also vary durable. I have gotten caught in thorny vines and bushes in deep woods airsoft battles and yet it shows no wear and tear. After two years it still looks fairly new.
It has plenty of Molle to attach pouches. I put four double mag pouches across and still had plenty of room for hydration, dump, and utility pouches. There are two cons though. 1. It is very hot in the summer (could be a pro if you live in a place that rarely gets above 75). 2. It is bulky. If u plan to get into tight spaces uninhibited or want to feel as little restriction as possible this is not the vest for you. Otherwise, it is a fantastic vest and I would recommend it to anyone.

"I'm about 6'4 230 lb, and it fits perfectly, it is still very big and it is armored (for airsoft) I don't even where plates, I can't feel anything, anywhere where the armour touches, it protects.

Pros:
Light
Durable
Strong
Comfortable

Cons:
Neck brace digs into your neck sometimes, but not to much.
