" I've owned 93 airsoft guns in my lifetime (just bought 2 more), some way more expensive than this gun...but to this day, this specific MP7 has to be my favorite replica I've owned. This is VFC's finest gun they offer, in my opinion. I've owned 5 VFC guns. Of those guns, I sold all my electric ones because they developed problems pretty fast. But all the gas blowbacks I've had from VFC were amazing quality.
I've always been a fan of the MP7. I first bought the gen 2 VFC MP7 AEG, and it became my favorite AEG...up until the tappet plate came off the sector gear my 2nd game using it. Yes, it was a gen 2. Taking apart the gun was a big pain. I ended up selling it. Then I got this gun.
This MP7 is a fantastic performer! The hopup seems to do a good job for a gbb gun and is so convenient to dial! I wish all gbbs had this feature. Mine had an NPAS nozzle, which I dialed down so that my FPS is 310. The kick on this thing is amazing - has more kick than the KWA MP9, and better consistency. So far this gun has never misfed, and has been 100% reliable. Mags are insanely expensive, but I still bought 3 more because of a sale. I wish the iron sights had white dots...had to borrow from a KWA MP7. If you plan to use this a lot, GET THE CNC Backplate ($60 -$80), otherwise it will eventually crack. Also get the steep stock catch/lever, they wear out super quick. Very nice gun, I recommend it as a CQB primary, or holster it as a secondary on the field (I run an m249 with this gun holstered as my sidearm).
" Where do I start, have this model around 10-11 years!!! I got it when it still had the KWA tag. Yeah it’s that old :) really haven’t had any major issues with this model. i still have the original magazine and have never had an issue with leaking. Dropped the original, cracked the base plate and slightly damaged it but still strong. I do all the measures, Leave a bit of gas (propane) and lube the seals. Got 4 Mags and no issue on them.
It has shown its age, replace hop up bucking and piston seal. Here at Evike. Bolt had the one screw walk out, put loctite and fixed. Bolt had a small piece chip off from the front corner. Im sure due to full auto over the years. NPAS installed 8 years ago still strong. I have used propane all this time…. Just keep it lubed up and it will be fine!
I definitely recommend this model, even if it is a bit smaller than the VFC version.
" I have used a few time and had 0 issues, favorite gun i own
