"I have a hk mp5 and it fit like a glove, recommend a small skinny 11.1 lipo as you can unthread the back cylinder off to fit a battery. Very sturdy and all metal!

"Purchased this to convert the cyma mos/smg9 (cm041H) from the m4 stock. Even tho the description says it’s for the mp5k it fit the Cyma perfectly. Overall for looks and build quality it’s 5 star product. I did not get the cnc version and I don’t regret it. Additionally it can fit a full length lipo stick battery and at the very worst you will just not be able to screw the cap all the way but the cap fits nice and snug so I’m not worried about it unscrewing itself.

Only reason for the 4 star is I was a little disappointed that the locking mechanism does not allow you to extend the stock without tapping the release lever. Most PDW stocks I have used allows for this but this one you have to release the latch to extend it. A little finicky but not a show stopper. Still very happy with the purchase.

"I hv the VFC Avalon MP5 and I did have to shave off some of the lower receive to get this to fit. I know it is not meant for this gun, but if you are willing to make some permanent modifications to your MP5 this is totally worth it! I've converted my MP5 to HPA, so I don't use the tube for batteries or anything, but this definitely gives a great look to your MP5!

"So i decided to take a gamble with this stock when my Elite Force MP5 retractable stock broke

Mind you, this item's title states that it is intended for an MP5K model, however due to the shape of the "front" part that goes into the upper receiver, it should be compatible with a regular MP5 (and not the MP5K version which has a different upper receiver)

It is not 100% compatible with the Elite Force MP5, i had to sand down a few millimeters of plastic from the receiver (both upper and lower) to get it to fit, and it does, and it looks awesome!

Second issue i have is that the Pin that is supposed to hold the stock in place doesn't do it properly due to the different shape of the pin holes, so i had to replace it with a different pin. (not the stocks fault thou)

Besides that, the shoulder panel is plastic, the rest is just solid metal (mind you i got the standard model)

The item's description also states that it can fit batteries, from my observations this is not true.
I cant open the cylinder part of the stock to fit the battery, it seems to be just one solid piece of metal
even if i could it doesnt have enough room for a regular battery, a small long LiPo bat, could fit in however.

overall its a quality item, solid construction, but be aware that you may need to modify your MP5 to fit it.
